Man where to start, first they were already trying to scam us out of more money by saying it was our fault they were late, second they broke several items just shoving it wherever and not even caring about it if was glass or something to be damaged, and third they didn’t even finish the job nor did anything we asked of them to do all the while complaining about the time. Very unprofessional and just left us all upset and doing the rest ourselves. Will not be using again and will recommend a different company.
Good morning, I’m not sure you have the right company friend. Can you tell us a date you would have moved with us? Nothing like this has ever happened on our jobs.
0/10 Would not recommend to anyone. Multiple items were damaged in the short distance these people moved our things. Got the run around for more than a week after contacting Jubilee about the damaged china cabinet and flat screen television the day after the move just to be told they wouldn’t be fixing or replacing the items damaged during the move.
We moved on March 9, 2026 from Wetumpka AL to Belden, MS. Grant you we only hired these movers to pack our truck. We went on a walk through before the day of and the day of before they loaded. Pointed out things that didn’t go or didn’t have to go. They supposedly emptied the gas items there’s one of them on top of other stuff. One smelt like weed. And when we got to where we were going some of our items were smelling like gas cause they were soaked. Price wasn’t bad until we seen what we had to throw away

Started out just fine but as the day progressed things went downhill. 2 men with 1 carrying all the weight. I had to go get the slacker out of the truck. He was playing on his phone. What should have been a morning to early afternoon move lasted an entire day.

On the day after Thanksgiving, three young men arrived promptly from Montgomery to Headland, Alabama, ready to work 💪. They took directions efficiently and demonstrated excellent skills in disassembling beds and a piano 🎹. Each item was meticulously wrapped 📦 and carefully loaded onto the moving truck 🚚, ensuring maximum protection during transport.

The team sent to move me to another state was the best. I don't remember everyone's name but I do remember each person. They were very hard-working and non-stop to get the job done. Very respectful, patient, and friendly to me and my family. Extra care was taken in wrapping and securing of my belongings. They did a great job. I would recommend providing use of a lift or specialized equipment to load and unload extremely heavy items such as a safe. I also could have benefitted from additional loading space.
We have enjoyed getting to know you and assisting on your journey back home, Mrs. Floyd. It almost feels like you're family with the length of time we have been speaking with you, and we've enjoyed getting to know you every step of the way.
