I hired this company to move 5 larger items. It should not have taken longer than 2 hours. However, it took nearly 4. They showed up 30 minutes late completely stoned. I had requested 3 movers thinking that would make it be a quicker process, but it was the opposite. One of the guys was standing around doing nothing at all times. Several times they were just standing in the truck on their phones.

I spent $650 to move my home which was less than .5 miles away. I've used this company more than once and sad to say I will NOT use them again. They are paid by the hour and the movers do NOT use a sense of urgency. We met at local store to pick up a couch before they started moving my things. The store was approximately 1.7 miles way, a 5 minute drive, after the coach was loaded, it took 30 minutes for them to make it to my house.

These guys are scammers, paid them on cashapp for a packing service. They were all cooperative and responding before I made payment. As soon as I made payment they stopped responding to calls and messages.

I'd give 0 ⭐️ if I could. Absolute, terrible experience. Now, if you're looking for them to chuck your stuff in the truck as quickly as possible these may be your people. If you're looking for help moving a full truck load with as much as possible and everything in tact when you get there. These are NOT your people. They kindly moved up my booking earlier in the week per my request. However they showed up HOURS after I was told they would; after 6pm.

I used InTown Movers roughly one month ago and my experience was less than desirable. I was moving from Montgomery to Pelham, AL and was quoted a price of $1000 to be paid up front. Aside from being called 5x on the morning of pick up, the movers showed no respect for my items from the beginning. I had to ask multiple times if they could be more careful with my things. Things that were clearly labeled fragile. I went outside to check their progress and they’d dislocated the outside light from the wall.

Good morning! I just utilized this company yesterday for a move from one location to another! My quote was for 2 hours, mind you they were suppose to wrap my furniture and break everything down! Being this was my first time using a moving company, I felt that it would limit me having to do anything! Not knowing, I broke everything down so when they arrived at 5:20pm they had nothing to do but load and go. The didn’t wrap anything but was in a rush to get stuff and go!

The owner hung up on me and blocked my number after expressing how they messed up my furniture! They are not professional they will damage your furniture and deny all claims of it! The movers did a poor job by forcing screws into the bed leaving cracks in the entire wood frame along with a slash in the back of the mattress. The movers also broke the entertainment center, scratched my leather couches along with leaving the legs in another city.

The most UNPROFESSIONAL job I have ever encountered, and I have moved at least 6 times in my lifetime. Rashod, owner, demanded I pay, in addition to the $500 I paid for a $250 job, another $250 in cash to get my furniture because it stayed in his truck overnight. He claimed the storage unit was locked. I met the Mgr if the unit the next morning at opening and went with her to the unit. It was NOT locked. Rashod stated to meet him that morning at the storage facility.
