We chose BEK Moving based on their strong reputation and “Best Of” awards, and initially, the experience lived up to that. The crew was great—on time, professional, and efficient. Unfortunately, when their driver damaged our mailbox as he was driving away, everything changed. They acknowledged responsibility, but over the next four months, we received a series of delays and excuses instead of a resolution. We were told someone would come “next week” multiple times, but it never happened.
Sandra, We reached out multiple times, including the owners. unfortunately, you were traveling in and out of town for weeks and could not be reached through email or phone calls. The small area of bent metal on the mailbox was an easy repair and was bid to be repaired by our repair specialist.
One of their employees (did not get his name) is so condescending I did not use them for moving. He was also condescending at time of truck pick up to move myself. Everyone else was very kind but this one person has deterred me from recommending them. I got the impression the entire time during the quote and leaving I was treated the way I was because I was a female alone. The other employees seemed to acknowledge he is a rude person .

They would have been a 3 star review, but the client relations personnel that we emailed with after the move were completely unhelpful and out of line. BEK came highly rated from a family member that used them twice. The day started off well. Your crew was on time, they all introduced themselves, and they got to work quickly. While they were fast, they were NOT careful. They took some things in the laundry room (like our iron) that we did not tell them to take because it was loose and not boxed up.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with BEK Moving. The company flat out denied responsibility for damaging my washer/dryer unit by claiming the issue resulted from the appliance being transported assembled. That is misleading. This was not a case of the unit “coming apart” during transport. The washer and dryer are designed to remain securely stacked together as a single integrated unit. The actual issue was that the appliance was not properly secured inside the moving truck.

Jane, Taking before-and-after pictures on the move is definitely recommended. Our crews perform several walkthroughs for instances like these so that the owner can address these concerns before we even leave. It is never our intention or our guys' intention to leave a job with damages.

Will be recommending BEK to anyone that ever asks for mover suggestions!!! I was nervous when we bought a house and needed movers to help us get into our new place. After shopping around and listening to other peoples’ suggestions (and hearing horror stories from other companies) I went ahead and booked BEK. First of all, I have to mention the INCREDIBLE crew- Nick, Daiten and Taylor.
Super happy with the move. They were a bit late but they made up for it by working quickly, being respectful, and packing the items correctly in the truck. They quilt wrapped all the furniture, were careful with all the pieces, checked beforehand for anything fragile or delicate, etc. They brought tools with them to take apart the furniture we needed taken apart and they were very efficient on how they loaded everything. My entire henna shop was moved in 30 minutes (I have a lot of furniture).

I had the best moving experience with Bek! My moving crew was on time, worked incredible hard and fast on one of the hottest days of the year. They completed the move in half of the estimated time. Since the beginning of our moving experience we have had nothing but great things to say about this company. I was originally referred by my brother who spoke highly of them.
