BEWARE!!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! Out of state move! Charged for mattress boxes but they were never boxed! Lots of broken/missing items! Gave the movers some bags of candy from a huge box (labeled candy) that I had left over from Easter and mysteriously the rest of it never showed up to my new house! I even gave the movers a hefty tip and gift cards but I guess that wasn't enough. Contacted customer service regarding my missing item but only heard from them once!
Diane, We do not see anyone in with your name in our system. Keep in mind that there are over a hundred different Bekins agents throughout the country. We believe you may have mistaken our agency for a different Bekins agent.
Worse moving experience ever. Will never use or recommend again. Considerable water damage to my personal property from a badly leaking truck and plenty of damage as well. No one seemed to care either, as the moving guys were yelling at each other, cursing and rushing to finish the job. Charged me almost double the estimate, Highly unprofessional.

Poor coordination between warehouse, moving crews, and administration. Moving crew attempted to steal my personal heavy duty hand truck- admin found it at their facility stored with the company’s hand trucks. Many items were damaged and despite the added damage insurance we received absolutely nothing with regards to replacing or repairing the items that were damaged.
I hired this moving company for residential move. They sent out a gentleman for a moving quote who seem to be nice and respectable which is why I hired them. On the day of the move three gentlemen came to my home to pick up my boxes. They smoked multiple cigarettes during the job and just complained about how bad their job was they did not wrap the furniture appropriately nor did they stack boxes the right way.
We move from Exton PA back in November , lazy movers decide to put 2 flat screens TV's on the same box with only pieces of paper around , " they said it will be fine" guess what ? the 2 TVs arrive broken to Naples Fl, they left the 2 tvs in our living room without saying anything we found out an hour later after the moving was complete.
Mr. Rey, I'm sorry that you experienced damage in your move. Our corporate office will reimburse you for the TVs. I reviewed the notes in our system and our corporate office has sent the check. Originally the check was returned to them because of an error in the address.
The rep that came out was very professional, he left a folder with labels etc. I was impressed and happy with my choice until the move day. To start the moving crew was sent to the final destination instead of the starting point. Once they started on the big furniture the moving process was a mess. They were not working together very well. They were careless with items.
The only reason I am giving them a rating of a 1 is because you can't give them a Zero. I am an older woman who was with my daughter who hired this company to move her. First, the lady who wrote up the order wrote down incorrect information on what needed to be move. The mover Tony was angry that the company told him it would take only 4 hours and two men. This is the third time she has moved, and she told the company that it took 4 hours and three men the other two times.
What a nightmare!!! Do not let them move your piano or any other valuable piece of furniture unless you want it delivered damaged or broken. The driver had a long day the day before my move do he kept disappearing into his truck. The day workers sat idle while the driver was resting or possibly sleeping adding a couple of extra hours to my bill. I chose this company because a friend had a good experience with them but I suppose it all depends on the crew.

Used Bekins for an interstate move. Great service was provided every step of the way. The sales team answered all my questions, pricing was competitive. The driver and movers showed up on time , all furniture was wrapped and handled with care. Movers were polite and hard working. Delivery was on time and again movers were great. Bekins took a lot of stress out of what could have been a very stressful process. Special thanks to our driver who was amazing!
We had a very pleasant experience with Bekins. From start to finish, the move was seamless. The first 3 guys were so great, that we requested them on the unload as well. We got 2 of the 3 same guys to unload everything which was lovely bc they knew us and our belongings which made us feel more comfortable. Najee, Auston and Kyle were FANTASTIC! What a great group! They had great communication which is highly necessary to pack up and unload 2000 sq ft of belongings.
In 2021 moved to Georgia from Pennsylvania and Bekins trucking did a great job.not even one little tooth brush disappeared, they packed, loaded and unloaded at final destination, Georgia. Absolutely nothing was damaged and best of all they gave me a great price. Will use again some time in the near future and will recommend. Excellent trucking company to do business with.

Bekins Transfer and Storage Company moved our business on a very rainy day at the end of December. The rain could have negatively effected the move, but instead was addressed in a positive way by telling us that they could be dealing with snow and ice and they were thankful it wasn't that. They showed up on time and thoroughly reviewed their process for the day. Gabby and Rets were our moving specialists and we couldn't have been more impressed with their professionalism and superb customer service.
