- Damage to belongings1 · 50%

In their own words
Unfortunately Bell Air completely missed the mark moving my things this time around. I used them 1 year ago and absolutely loved the quality of work; Nicholas had moved my things with another person. This time around it was 2 other gentlemen that taped my items so harshly that my couch’s fabric is damaged, the warranty label was removed from my new box spring, and my recliner is missing a piece that fell out when it was moved.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
This was the second time I've used Bell Air Moving, and once again they did not disappoint. The crew assigned to my move was extremely professional, efficient, and careful with my belongings from start to finish. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality and took great care in handling and transporting my furniture and personal items from my old residence to my new home. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review! It truly means a lot to us, especially knowing that this was your second move with Bell Air Moving. … More
Just moved with them for the second time. Very careful and thorough. Great attitude and communication. Only problems I had were the quote being pretty inaccurate and them not carefully reading the labels of where the boxes were supposed to go (upstairs vs downstairs). Will DEFINITELY use them again!
Amazing service! Came right on time, worked efficiently and did an amazing job fitting everything so neatly into our pods. Did some creative work fitting everything and even saved us by not needing a whole extra pod. Also flexible when our timing changed last minute. Would highly recommend!!!
I called 48hours notice of last second move, after another company cancelled me after being booked and deposit given. He told me not to worry and he will make a slot for me they responded immediately, and had a estimate for me within 5min after speaking with them, made time available at short notice( small move) on top of heat wave of over 95F . They showed up on the dot at 11am, the crew was pleasant, polite, patient(multiple stops) and quick and efficient!!!
Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We truly appreciate you trusting us, especially after the stressful experience of having your original movers cancel at the last minute. We’re glad we were able to make room in our schedule and provide you with a quick estimate and a smooth moving…
