We hired Bell Moving after a very professional quoting process. Chaz came out in person, walked the house with me in detail, and the follow-up quote and scheduling were prompt and clear. Going into move day, I felt confident based on how thorough the front-end process was. On move day, the experience didn’t match that. When the crew arrived, they immediately asked me what the scope was, which made it clear they hadn’t been properly briefed on the detailed quote I’d already spent hours on.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet the expectations set during the quoting process. We take concerns like yours seriously, and we wish we had been able to speak with you directly to address them sooner.
Initially we thought these guys were terrific- personable and seemed to be able to get everything packed into a van we initially didn’t think would be big enough. Here’s the kicker though - this was part of an international move - which they were very aware off, and they did an appalling job of protecting several items of furniture which resulted in some serious damage as it was moved into the container.

Sarah came in the day before and packed up my house. She was fast, but efficient, and not one item ended up broken. Amazing! The next day, Jacob, James, JR and Synceife arrived early in the morning on one of the hottest days of the Summer. Together, they worked efficiently to load the two moving trucks with the house’s contents, never stopping to take a break. It was obvious they worked well together because they moved the furniture out of the house without a single mark on a wall or a broken piece of furniture.

Our experience from the start was amazing. Chris came on site for a quote, and was very forward about what they they could do, what he would recommend we do, timing, cost, etc. The communication from their team was excellent, leading up to the move date. What made my experience a 10/10 was the moving team themselves. I can't remember all of their names, but the lead for our project was Josue... who was nothing short of amazing.

I can't recommend Bell Moving and Storage highly enough! This was hands-down the best moving experience I’ve ever had. My move was far from typical—it was for a special event and involved nontraditional items, multiple locations, and a tight schedule. Despite the complexity, the team handled everything with incredible professionalism, care, and efficiency. They were organized, communicative, and thoughtful throughout the entire process.
