They showed up late, threw our stuff into boxes without any sense of care. They didn't pad our furniture so that it wouldn't get scratched or broken, hence the fact that all of our furniture arrived at our new home broken and scratched for example our head board has a hole in the back side, and the edges are broken off. One guy was telling us his life story the entire time and then decided at 2:30pm that he was leaving without packing the rest of our stuff.
Terrible experience with this company. Do not use them if you can help it. They are expensive. $2,800 to load our things, $ 330.00 a month to store our things ( for 2 years I paid this ), $3,800.00 to deliver our things. The crew was bad, through stuff down on the ground, broke things, some things missing. In the end the company gave me a $12.00 check for my troubles. I mailed it back. Dont waist your money with this company.

This moving company was terrible. They tried to put an earlier start time down then when they actually started. They knew what their was a four hour minimum and that I had already prepaid, so they literally dragged their feet when moving my belongings out of my old apartment. I went outside to see what was taking so long in between each item and I found them outside drinking pop, eating and smoking cigarettes and they weren’t even a hour into the move.

I recently used Bell Moving and Storage for a residential move, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. The team moved all of our belongings from one home to another with exceptional care and professionalism. Every piece of furniture was carefully handled, wrapped, and protected throughout the entire process, and nothing was damaged during the move. Military move...lived here for 7 years and accumulated a lot. Best boxing crew in my 21 years in the military. Kyle, Chris, Autumn were awesome. 230 boxes and it only took them a day and a half. Super professional and very efficient. When one was done with a task, they kept on moving to help one another to get the job done more quickly. They were super respectful of our kids treasured items as well. Couldn't be happier with this crew.
From start to finish, my experience with this company for my cross-town move was fantastic. The estimator, Chaz, conducted a video walk-through of my items and provided an accurate cost estimate. The three-person crew—Sara, Craig, and Austin—was exceptional! They were professional and clearly knew what they were doing.
