This was the most unprofessional move I've ever seen I've used them 3 times and this was the worst move ever all our furniture was damaged the stuff they took apart they couldnt put it back together .when I asked if the furniture would be wrapped the lead guy said yeah and they only wrapped1 thing then we had to put some of the furniture in our car cause they couldnt get it on the truck because of the way they loaded the truck and we also paid for insurance that had a 300 dollar deductible and they offered 700 and…

after booking 5 days in advance they had a mover no show. they never called us back and left shortly after getting to the house. horrible company DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. choose a different company if you want your furniture moved.

First of all, Bellhops is not a moving company. Bellhops is an app that will arrange for a local third party to move your furnishings. This is not apparent in the advertisement and I certainly was not aware of this fact. Bellhops provides minimal insurance in the event your goods are damaged (.60/pound up to a maximum of $2000). I used them twice with good results. My last move on June 10, 2023 was a disaster.

Bellhops confirmed my moving appointment just to call less than 24 hours & cancel with no explanation or compensation. Offered to move to the next day, but I would have to pay an extra fee (even though it was not my fault I had to switch days). 10/10 do not recommend.

The website was very good walking me through scheduling a move. However, there were numerous things after that that didn’t work well. First, I got a bunch of marketing texts after I already confirmed my move. Second, I got multiple texts from Bellhop Moving Concierge after that from different people. I scheduled a call on one of their calendly’s and never received the call.

Won't ever use them again. We moved with them recently and they damaged not only our house, but also most of our items. Two large pieces of furniture can't even be replaced or fixed. We paid extra for better damage insurance, so we thought it'd be fine. I sent them links to the items that we bought as well as when we purchased them. They said if we can't find an exact receipt for the items, then they will assume that they're 3 years old and therefore worth less than our deductible.

We were doing a long distance move from Birmingham, AL to a new state. The truck and team showed up within the time window promised and the bellhop team members did a very good job. As for the team lead, he did not seem to know how to properly pack a truck at all, let alone efficiently. Would not take direction or listen to anyone else, including the truck driver who wanted to make sure our items were secure, as he is a contracted owner operator.

Horrible, horrible, and horrible experience! First of all, my husband informed Bellhop of all the items we currently had to move into our new home which was out of state but they did not send a large enough truck for all of our items. They estimate the wrong size of truck we need and it was way off! Bellhop gave us the run around the rest of the day and finally sent an another truck out late that night.
