If I could give 0 stars I would. My partner and I used them to move back in August and so many items were damaged. We were misquoted and he ended up helping them even more heavily than anticipated, just to have damages. The only good employee who helped us was fired and we didn’t get a dime of reimbursement for the damage and only 2 hours of time reimbursed after being under quoted by AT LEAST 6 hours (considering we had to stop them and decide to move more ourselves, which defeated the purpose of hiring them)…
Ma'am, are you sure you have the right company? We cannot find you in our system. Please call our office - We would be happy to refund you for the poor experience if this was our doing. I'm sorry you are dealing with this. - Reece (Owner)
Not a great experience with this moving company. They showed up without boxes or duct tape, which delayed everything. The job took way longer than it should have. It makes sense why since they charge per hour. They were supposed to pack two boxes of my items but didn't finish them, I had to do it myself after they left. They were careless while packing and accidentally turned on my stove, burning through one of my containers. My sofa got dragged across concrete and now has black marks over it.

The team did an amazing job moving a large amount of heavy furniture from a 2nd floor apartment (w/no elevator) to a townhome in a different city. Brandy was friendly and professional- she did a great job getting everything set up for us. We also were called by another team member the day before our move (I can't remember his name, sorry!). He confirmed the details and gave us an idea of what to expect, which was helpful. The entire team had great communication & we had a PERFECT move.

My wife and I used Home movers of Birmingham for our latest move. The guys showed up on promptly to move our stuff out of the pod and into our new home. The two guys they sent out, Xavier and Ladrraions, were very friendly and had extremely good work ethic. They made sure to handle all of our stuff with care as if it were their own. They also worked very quickly which was a huge plus for me considering the service is paid hourly. I would highly recommend using home movers to anyone looking to move.

We just bought our new house, after living in our last house for 26 years, so we had a lot of stuff. We had previously used another moving company to put most of our furniture in storage, but we did not want to use that company again because of some minor damage. Home Movers is top tier! They were very responsive, reasonably priced and super to work with. We needed two trucks and four movers. Chase, Rich, Dric and Jerimiah were amazing!

Our 2 movers today were Aaron and Archie. These guys showed up exactly on time just like they said they would, loaded up our belongings and handled them with care and the upmost professionalism! They got our move done a lot quicker than what we had originally estimated and were so polite to my 80 year old mother in law which is who they were moving. They loaded her things up quickly, drove them straight to the new location without any stopping and unloaded all of her belongings just as quick!
