Bellhop Moving - Dallas

Consider this your warning - DO NOT use this company to move your valuable belongings. First, the communication is beyond sketchy and terrible. We got 3 movers whom did not speak any English. Once they left our home we realized when they put our nice upholstered king bed back together, they swapped the side boards and DRILLED holes in our upholstery without our consent, with the manufactured holes showing at the other end….you can’t make this up. Completely ruined our bed.

Everyone knows how stressful moving can be. I scheduled labor at noon on Saturday and after calling I found out it was delayed until 3 o’clock that time came by and no movers. I called back in and they said oh that got rescheduled till 5 o’clock, so we’re sitting here waiting. I kept calling from four to 5 o’clock to confirm that they were gonna be there never got a call stating that they are definitely on their way until 5:15 When they finally showed up the moving crew was great had no problem with them but the…

⭐️ 1-Star Review: Full-Service Move That Was Not Full Service I paid for a FULL SERVICE MOVE, expecting exactly what was advertised — a complete relocation of my household items into my new apartment. I did my part by having everything already disassembled and placed at the front of the house, with the only exceptions being the washer and dryer. I want to be clear: the movers themselves were professional, and I appreciate their attitude and effort.

These guys are the biggest ripoff in the country. All they care about is getting your money. They caused irreparable damage to much of my high-level furniture, one credenza instead of removing the legs they bent the legs And broke them all and wrapped it up that way like I never see the damage they broke glass. They broke three lamps with all the information I gave them they brought the truck wasn’t big enough.

The crew that showed up did not wrap anything except the TV which they broke. They scratched up two of my tables and scratched the floor that was at the home we moved into. They will only pay $34 to fix my TV that cannot be fixed because its broken inside of the TV. The TV needs to be replaced. They refuse to pay for the repairs on one table because they said it didn't match the description that we sent. Just because they dont make that table any longer.

We requested 4 movers for 4 hours, but they only came with 3. They also took 50 mins to make a 30 min drive between locations which we got charged for. It was clearly a random moving company that was contracted to do the move instead of the normal Bellhop Pros we’ve experienced in the past. They were very rough with our stuff and banged up many corners of our rental’s walls on the way out. The move-in was a bit more careful. They didn’t wrap several items that should have been, including a full-mirrored dresser.
