Wrightway Moving Company LLC

I had scheduled a move, and they were very flexible about moving the date forward. The price per hour was quoted great and they have a larger sized truck. I thought everything was going okay until they started the move. I was in a smaller two bedroom apartment, and it took then four hours to load my apartment. I went ahead to our first stop just a little before they would have left, and they took an hour to make it to the stop 15 minutes away. I texted the company and no answer.

I want to say that the individuals who moved my belongings were beyond excellent!! However the owner of this company, Eric, conducted himself in an extremely unprofessional and explicit manner. I pray I never have to witness a business owner speak to his employees or about his customers in such a degrading and abusive manner. I am disgusted. When I attempted to contact Eric personally to discuss his behavior, he never got back to me.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the claims process at Wrightway Moving Company. After my couch was damaged during a move, the company denied my claim based on the opinion of their own 'specialist' who claimed the damage was due to lack of maintenance rather than handling. Despite my assurance that the couch was in good condition prior to the move, and the fact that their movers never noted any pre-existing issues, they have refused to allow or fund an unbiased third-party inspection.

I must say this was my second time using Wrightway Moving Company LLC, and this experience was disappointing. I scheduled my move for the morning of April 30th, but by 10 AM, no one had arrived. When I called, Jenny informed me that my information had been misplaced. She assured me they could still complete my move, but it would be later in the day. This delay was a major inconvenience as I had planned to be finished by 2 PM due to work commitments.

My wife and I used this company to move from Dallas to Waco, had a great experience with them overall! HOWEVER we after deciding to use them a second time was a BIG mistake and let me first say that the crew was once again top notch. The down fall was with the sales/management individual who decided to not honor the contract we had with them in writing and agreed upon truck size and load, and in their inf-anent wisdom decided that they should charge and extra $500.00 and actually hold our belonging and refused to…

This company did not follow through with the quote I was emailed and verbally told over the phone. Also I was moving from the third floor to the first floor(same complex). I was told a week before that I would have 3 movers instead of the 2 That i requested because it would be quicker. Day before the move I get a call saying the time frame would be 2-4. Movers showed up 5 mins till 4:00. And only 2 movers. Who then told me they are actually contracted workers...they don’t even work for wrightway movers.

The initial call with Jenny was pleasant and welcoming when setting up appointment. Needless to say the day of my move was a little something different. My initial time wasn’t adhered to. It was 3/4 hours after the fact. Communication was kind of shot. I had to follow up. When the movers did arrive, they were very courteous and slightly professional. I’m unsure if they don’t wrap your belongings or what exactly, but they took everything out in hand. Leaving concern for damages.

No matter what, if you value your child’s safety… DO NOT use Wrightway moving. I had used this company previously with no issues a few years ago. However, this time around it was an absolute disaster for the most important move of our lives with an infant. Upon arrival, I instructed the movers to not breakdown the crib. The furniture company delivered the crib in one piece from the factory so there is no reason to break it down.
