Einstein Moving Company

I have experienced a fair share of moving companies, and my rating of my experience with this company is average to below average. 2 stars would be generous. The movers were very polite and accommodating, but I found them to lack efficiency and organization. I took a look at the truck at the end of it, and it really wasn't tightly packed, and I think a lot of time was spent on figuring out how to organize items in the truck.

First, when the move was completed. One of the movers asked me to come upstairs to the master bedroom. He asked me how I liked the bed setup, then told me he liked my physique, and in the corner of my bedroom asked me for a hug. Totally unprofessional and uncomfortable. As I was going through my things and looking for some clothes that were all stored in my drawers, I noticed a full drawer of clothes are now missing and a second hidden drawer that contained all of my jewelry has been emptied out.

I never like to leave bad reviews, and have no personal problem with this company since I have never hired them. I am just leaving this review because since putting my number and email to get a quote from them on their website, I have gotten 30 calls and texts from all different moving companies. Which makes me believe they sell your info to third party companies, or their website is not secure. I only put my number on their website and I called all the other moving companies I was interested in.

Einstein Moving: Full Service, With Some Assembly Required My wife and I hired Einstein Moving Company for two moves during a major home remodel. We chose them expecting the professional, full-service, stress-free experience they heavily advertise. What we got instead was a clear demonstration of working against the clock. Our first move with the Fort Worth branch had its issues, but we resolved things on-site and moved on. Today’s move back in with the Dallas branch made the pattern obvious.

I used this company twice. The first time was a great experience, so I used them a second. The second time was a mess. They sent me two inexperienced guys. They broke an entire shelf in half. Damaged my couches, tables, and chairs. The guy who disassembled the table stripped the bolts. And they even damaged the wall in the apartment. They said they had poor reception to be able to take and upload pictures of the damage and left the task to me.

So sorry I went with this company for my move!! They did arrived on time, told me about 3-3.5 hours to load the truck, then appx 2 hours to unload. Total time about 5.5 hours. Took longer to unload then load, appx 4 hours, and bonus they broke the arm on my chaise. Mike in the office was very responsive and had guys pick up my chaise, literally within 30 mins of me calling, but here I sit, two weeks later, no chaise, no news and no one will answer the phone. This company was a horrible choice.

They damaged items on two different deliveries, two different crews, my move took nine hours when I think it should have only taken 7 tops. They beat up the walls in my house. I can say they did give me a refund I asked for, but I'd of rather them be more careful and respect my time more than I needed the refund. Would I use them again? No. Did they take care of the damages? Yes.

RUDE!!! I didn’t use the service but they’re moving someone out of my apartment building. The customer asked them to meet them at the dog park entry (not designated area ) where they had the gate wide open with a prop. I asked him to not keep the gate wide open because some dogs will immediately takeoff running. Mine tried to get out. He was very rude and sarcastic in his response and obviously didn’t care. I will certainly be looking elsewhere for my mover in a few weeks and make sure to never use these guys.
