In their own words
I hired Bennett's to move from one apartment to another, about 15 minutes apart. My appointment was scheduled for 10AM. They called me at 10 and said their truck had broken down and they were working on fixing it. At 12:15 they said it was ready, and that they were on "I-25, closer to my place than the office." So that's when they started charging me. They didn't arrive until 12:45. Their office is only 15 minutes away so they charged me an extra 15 minutes.
EDIT TO ADD: Just as suspected, Bennett's response to this review is dishonest and untrue. Thankfully, I have witness proof of it all. Example: I sold EVERYTHING I had said I was going to sell, and more that I didn't plan on...21 items, including 12 large and smaller scale furniture items. Bribing the crew?? The dishonesty and gaslighting are mind-boggling. The crew alone earn the good reviews for this company.
This is bizarre and very confusing! Our reputation speaks for itself. 9 out of 10 moves we do are from repeat customers and their referrals. We did an onsite estimate for Phyllis 5 weeks before her move. She assured us that she was selling a lot because she didn’t’ have room at the new address.
We didn't have the best experience with this company. I signed up for two crews and two trucks and got one 26' truck and one, much smaller, 16' truck. Shortly after they arrived they tried up-selling me on bringing a 5th guy on the job and doing two trips, which I declined. Honestly, this seemed more like a business tactic than a necessity.
Dear Richard, Your feedback is very important to us. However,we were unaware that there was any wall damage to your residence until we received this online review. Sometimes damage occurs, but how we handle those issues is what separates us from other companies.
I don't leave many reviews, but I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Bennett's moving, from start to finish. I hired them to pack and move a 3 BED, 2 Bath house from Peyton to Yoder. The packing seemed to go well, but clearly I wasn't paying much attention to what they were doing. The packers assured me that everything would fit, and that they would probably even have room for some of the big outside stuff on the truck.
I used the Bennett moving services from November of 2019 to December of 2019 and that included approximately a month in storage due to the fact that my new house was not complete yet. You may ask why am I writing this review now. This is the second time I'm writing this review, as the first time I wrote it it became invisible to the world . I wonder how that could happen? Two possible reasons: 1.

we had this company move us in july of 2021 from colorado springs to texas ,we notified them that we had items either broke , missing or not even ours, they could not care less, they have not contacted us after we spoke about these issues, blaming us on all things ,how do you explain items missing or not even ours being delivered in our shipment ,but most important of all ,we are missing my decreased father air force shadow box that means the most to me, they don't even care or have a heart that they can't admit…
Absolutely 0 responsibility. The trucks are not four wheel drive?! A little snow prevented them to do the job. But, the worst thing is - they saw how much snow the town got the day before and non of them bother to call and warn me that they might not be able to do the moving because their trucks are not equipped for all kind of weather. Besides that, they cancelled their job on me just prior 30 min of there arriving time! Wow! Good job sleeping in the morning guys!!!
Tatiana, we're sorry to hear about your recent experience with our company. We are known for providing quality service and making sure our customers moves always go as smoothly as possible. The day before, we thought we might get a break. But it’s Colorado and she always surprises us.
The gentleman on the phone was extremely rude and arrogant. I did not use their company and will never recommend them. I have moved all over the United States as well as out of country. I know how a moves works.

I have moved 7 times in the past 10 years and this was by far the smoothest move I have ever had! Setting up the move was easy, efficient and all communication was clear. Our movers arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I have never see 2 movers work so quickly in all my moves! Nothing was damage, broken or scratched. Everyone was so helpful and I felt completely taken care of. I recommend Bennett's Moving and would definitely use them again.

These guys just barely fit all of our stuff into 1 truck and trailer for a cross country move, but they did it, amazingly. Eric was awesome at packing the truck and, he really squeezed a lot in the trucks. Wendy even came out towards the end and made sure our stuff fit. They took their time and shrink-wrapped and wrapped all of our furniture and pictures with moving blankets. It was stressful but they pulled it off. They delivered the stuff in a super reasonable time-frame, just three days later.
That's why we're masters at Tetris, Gina! We're really happy that you had a seamless experience working with us to pack and transport your belongings across the country. Even though there were some hiccups while unloading, we're glad everything was able to reach damage-free.
Bennett's Moving is AWSOME! From the moment I contacted them Wendy made me feel at ease, and explained how they could help with my out of state move. I had to switch my move date a few times since my home was not ready, and they were always so accommodating. The team that came to pack the truck was terrific they were respectful of me my belongings, and the home I was leaving. They packed everything with such care even my antiques and artwork.

We had to do a pretty quick move recently and Bennetts was recommended to us. So glad we called them, the guys in the office were very professional and were able to get us set up right away. The movers showed up right on time and got right to work. They got the job done quickly and without any problems. I really appreciate how quickly and carefully they worked, I know that's sometimes hard to do. The movers were well prepared for the job and showed up on time.
