The epitome of what gives the Moving industry a bad reputation!! They are the worse!! I was talked into afternoon appointment by a voice on the other end of the phone. I was skeptical, thinking these guys would be too tired to work well if they had a morning appointment. I was so right!! Never agree to an afternoon appointment! I was told the men were professional and hard working. They were crying babies! Complaining the whole time! My appointment window 3-4pm. They arrived 5:30pm!!! Apologetic..NOT!!
I'm not one to write reviews often, but it's gotten to the point that I can't let this experience slide. There is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to communication with Bespoke. On my roommate and I's moving day, everything went perfectly until the expected time of Bespoke's arrival. The mover (it is important to emphasize there was only one) and driver arrived late after the originally discussed time frame with no notice from Bespoke.
First of all, movers were almost a full hour late on a move I booked more than a week in advance. For a two bedroom apartment with a lot of stuff (and me helping) it took them 8 hours to move my stuff 5 miles. I have never seen such slow …

I have used Bespoke Moving twice now, and both times have been great! The rate was very reasonable, and did not have any added equipment or truck fees. The first time, they matched quotes that I had received from other companies, and the second time I didn’t even bother getting any other quotes because I knew that I would be using them again. Sergei, Lasha, and Maximiliano were also very efficient and did not waste time.

Sergei and his team were phenomenal - moved me out in 15 minutes exactly. Extremely friendly and responsive. I move every few years and this was the most seamless moving experience I’ve ever had. Absolutely would recommend

Absolutely amazing! Incredibly professional. Sergei and his crew were prompt, fast, and did everything we asked and then some. They brought their own materials for wrapping/transporting our furniture. They offer(ed) assembly and disassembly but we did not need it. I cannot recommend them enough.
Sergei and his team were fantastic! They put extra work in to help us as moved from an old apartment to a house. They are professional, kind, and professional. Would happily recommend for anyone no matter how far you need to go.
