These guys really deserve -5 stars. I trusted them with moving my furniture twice. The first time seemed to go well. However, they managed to break my furniture the second time around. After the move, I tried to screw the legs to my dresser back in, and they wouldn't hold because the wood that's needed to keep the legs in place had been chipped away. My wood desk now has two cracks down the center that grow wider everyday.

I got a call from Alexander, the owner who told me 15 mins before he was scheduled to arrive to move me, that he couldn't make it. How unprofessional!! Hire a real professional company.company that's professional and have great customer service. Not someone who's gonna leave you hanging.
Hello Jeanne We living in a world where trucks breaks down and people get sick. I tried to offer you time later that day or next day but you drop a phone, so situation shows your attitude but not our customer service or responsibility.
They damaged a lot of our furniture this time around. Lots of tape residue on everything on top of the damage. We likely wouldn’t hire again.

From the initial call up until the day of my move, it was a GREAT, GREAT experience. I happened to be quoting pricing for a move from the 21224 zip code to the Catonsville area in Baltimore.
