This by far was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a moving company. Besides the fact that I ended up paying $2000 after being quoted 1200 I have broken items, missing items, stains on my sofas, and a torn mattress. Things that they packed for me are broken as well. They were rude and I have pictures of them standing on my dresser instead I of a ladder. Green line relocation never returned any of my calls nor answered my emails regarding my missing items or broken things.

This company was the final leg of a cross country move that wasn't disclosed when my household goods were picked up in Maryland. One company pickup my furniture, and this company delivered my furniture. I would not recommend this company! They would only take cash, or Money Order! They overcharged and held my furniture "hostage" for payment by cash or MO! I had no choice by to pay to get my furniture!

The movers showed up late, but I was still charged a fair amount to move four pieces of furniture. I understand they had a much larger move before mine, but I should have still received a discount. Also, the movers gave me the creeps. I could not wait to have them drop off the furniture and then leave. As they were leaving, the one mover said, “See you later…maybe…” Pathetic. At least I have some more furniture now.

I emailed them and they set me up with a cheap quote, so I chose them. The day of the move 20 minutes after they were supposed to start I get a call from Mike saying they're stuck in traffic and will be 45-50 minutes late. If that had been the only issue it would have been fine. Once they actually arrive, they have one more mover than I was quoted for, which was then already a price increase.

Honestly would not recommend this moving company to anyone I know. I used them for a move from the DMV area to FL. Only had 12 boxes of items for them to move. They told me my boxes would be delivered 10 days before they finally arrived, they charged me an additional $400 upon arrival of my boxes and they lost 2 of my boxes and only offered me $40 in compensation when the value of the objects inside the lost boxes were much more than that.

Kept adding cost while moving and adding hundreds of dollars more when it only took ONE hour past the estimated time. One worker was pretty abrasive, the other one was great! They broke off pieces of two of my furniture pieces, one they mentioned it and told me to just glue it. NOT acceptable, you literally broke a piece of my furniture, no how small it may be, I paid for that furniture and a lot of money for the move.

They told me the pick up time is between 1-3 pm, they came by 4 pm. I was almost going to miss my flight and they don’t answer their phone cause they know your name, they just ignore you. Specially victor. The guys who picked my stuff were very nice and friendly in Baltimore. I give them that. I actually tipped them. The guy who dropped my stuff gave me only 2 times for drop off, and I have to move my appointments in order to get my stuff from them. He wasn’t flexible at all. And we didn’t agree on a time before.

Moving storage unit contents from Massachusetts to Florida. Contents were transferred from local carrier in Boston to this company in Maryland. Local carrier had 3 men to load contents. This company only provided 2 men. Contents had to be unloaded at new storage facility, ground floor and less than 30 feet from truck. 1st of all the driver was very rude. Not very accommodating at all. Some items were wrapped in moving pads and if we did not want them he asked me to remove them.
