Update in response to business update: It was in fact this company we used February 07 2026. I have the credit card receipt and paperwork to back it up. I am happy to dispute the charge with Mastercard and pretend none of it ever happened if they feel that it wasn’t them, that would cover the cost of replacing the TVs! Gotta love how companies don’t like bad reviews but the red shirts and giant logos on the side of the trucks make it hard to hide.

Given a quote based on pictures. Was 2.5 hours off. Felt that a lot less talking between workers would have done the job much quicker. This was time I was paying for at a premium. Would not go this route again.

We moved from Edmonton to Calgary on the coldest, snowiest day of the year, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team. Tudor, Artem, and Nicolas were top-notch professionals from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, were efficient, careful, and clearly planned everything well. Our home and belongings were in the best hands possible. We underestimated how much we had to move, but when we arrived in Calgary, they quickly arranged for four additional movers to come help.

I found Best Moves through a Reddit post, and one of the things that really stood out to me was that they provide employment opportunities to immigrants. Myklo and Alex helped me move out of my one-room apartment, and they must have walked up two flights of stairs at least 15 times. I remember doing the move-in myself, and it was such a painful experience that I promised myself I’d save up and hire movers next time. I didn’t really shop around and find the cheapest movers, I only wanted the best movers.
