Calgary Movers Pro

Two people showed up for piano, I talked to the owner/manager and he said he can't send another guy just because i wanted three men, which was okay, but the two movers damaged the wall (they came to fix it) and they took 2 hours just for the piano. I moved so many times with this piano and never had anyone take this long. I also had two guys move it previously, they weren't even professionals but did not take 2 hours, had to pay a lot more money than the quote.

Unethical and unprofessional owner who lacks business acumen and I would suspect uses questionable tactics to make sure he keeps a stream of business. Booked a time on Saturday at 10am. Upon waiting for an hour, contacted the owner who said they were running late and would be there by 2pm at the latest. Waited around and he continued to be apologetic and promised big discounts and savings. Saying they would be there later that day.

We hired calgary movers pro to complete our move. They confirmed an arrival time between 1-3pm and promised a 30min warning call Instead they showed up 5 hours early. We were not home and my husband had to drop me off on the side of the road to take an Uber to the hospital for an appt. We were not completely finished packing as we thought we still had 5 hours At 11:30 a second team of movers called to say they were on their way I called the company and was told there was a glitch and they were looking into it.

Suffer June 28 and 29th this summer, I was going through an inappropriate sudden move, which I was needing a medical assistance by moving company. I was referred to Calgary movers pro. The first day they at least sent me a translator who spoke with Ukraine staff who are refugees, which I am all for helping each other out. What I'm not fond of is that the next day there was pretty much no translator in all of my house moved to beside my house of my arrival destination on this move.

Absolutely terrible experience. Several large items damaged, including queen bed frame and two dressers. Two smaller household items broken while unloading from truck. Countless items left with scratches and dents all over them. They were reckless with the boxes, including ones marked fragile or glass. Tossed items in the new house to run back to the truck instead of just properly placing them down, causing broken items inside the box.

I’ve done two moves with this company and the first one was very smooth and professional. The guys were punctual, hard working and very pleasant to deal with. My second experience with the company was not as great. They didn’t have the right tools so we had to wait around for 20-25 minutes to find something that would work (this whole time I’m being billed of course). Once we arrived at the new location the guys complained about the 2 flights of stairs.

Our move was nothing but trouble with this company. From the very beginning, over the phone they said they would only need 3 hours, I tried multiple times to say "no we have a lot of stuff, we are going to need 5" and them not listening to me. To the actual move itself where they broke our bed frame, scratched multiple walls, broke a dresser, SMOKED CIGARETTES IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK WITH ALL OF OUR STUFF STILL INSIDE, they took SEVEN HOURS to do our move, they complained we had too much stuff, they tried to…

We were profoundly disappointed with the service provided by Calgary Movers Pro today. We engaged their services to move our belongings from a 2-bedroom apartment (equipped with an elevator) to a nearby storage locker. However, the two movers assigned to us worked at an alarmingly slow pace, resembling that of snails. It took them an exasperating 3 hours to handle just 25 medium boxes, 2 mattresses, a small couch, and 3 small dressers.
