This company is very unprofessional and should not be trusted if timing is importantly to you. Initially they promised us between 4-5 pm. After calling them for an update at 5pm, they said they are running behind and it should be around 7:30 pm. We agreed to wait as we didn’t have a choice and needed to turn in the keys for 2 storage units that day. They then called and asked to move to the next day.

I was referred to this company by a customer of mine. And I did not have the experience that he had. My movers were late that morning. Once we got started they did work fast and they moved what we wanted them to move so can't complain there. But they did rip my couch after I was telling the movers "Hey buddy your about to rip the couch, hey buddy your ripping the couch" no problem things happen. Then comes time for the company to pay for damages and the amount they give to cover damages is an absolute joke.
My experience is in the quote side. They gave me an OUTRAGEOUS quote of almost $5000 to move me from a house in ft worth to Magnolia. The majority of what is being moved are boxes, not a lot of furniture. I was given a blanket quote without detailed prices like most movers do. They won’t tell me how much their material costs or how much material they are going to order just that it will be $895. Even though most of my boxes are already packed.

My move was done on 6/2. The workers came right before end of the time frame, which was ok. However, they broke our Tv and one of my favorite lamps. They tried to give me $60 for the stuff they broke. The lamp only was $60. I gave them what I thought was fair because we had to buy another Tv the next day.
Hello Misty, we apologize for the damaged of your items. We understand the frustration. We trained our teams to help our clients in the best possible way but accidents happen even if when that do everything on their power to prevent this type of accidents.
Retrain your movers, customer service all the time, whatever truck was in the Krum area blocked traffic going 20mph in a 60 and would swerve into the oncoming lane when faster traffic would try to pass very irritating. truck had a little monkey hanging off the truck,

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS Packing and the move was awful. Fragile items were thrown, un wrapped in boxes. Things stacked up that we can't get to. See photo's

They helped me move my stuff to my new apartment for college everything was nice and nonthing was broken there was great communication with them and great transportation they were in time and were really careful with stuff and pricing was great to affordable for the price to it was something with price because I had lots of stuff but they did great 10/10 would recommend👍.

I was really nervous about moving because I had a lot of fragile items, including mirrors, glass tables, and family pieces that mean a lot to me. The crew wrapped everything carefully, labeled boxes, and kept checking in to make sure things were going where I wanted them. Nothing was damaged, nothing got lost, and they even finished earlier than expected. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
