The owner Trey just used my credit card without my permission to charge me over $500 for a one hour move. I have used them in the past and I will never again. They damaged a 7k bed frame. They were 2 hours late and they charged me for 2.5 hours when they were only there for less than one hour. Do not ever give your credit card to this company because they will use it without your consent. The texts I received from the owner were nothing but profanity and disrespectful.
Amalia Mateiu is the owner of A&A RESTORATION SERVICES LLC. We have serviced over 5 to 6 moves for her company's clients which she would hire us to complete pack and clean up jobs for.
The Good: Wrapped up equipment to protect from rain or scraping. The movers are also equipped with handyman tools to put apart any equipment that may need to be placed apart to fit anywhere or go through doors. The Bad: Horrible Punctuality, the workers got lost finding the house and still billed to minutes to my wife an I.
We apologize for the mishap and the truck had a leak from the storm. We're glad that we were able to take care of this matter for you and get everything resolved. Thank you.
If I could give zero stars I would (disclaimer: I chose this company based on all the great reviews such as this one). Hear me out - I am not the type to go bash a company for poor service, as I am a small business owner myself. HOWEVER...we scheduled a move (NC to FL 8 hour trip) 6 weeks in advance for a date and time and were approved via their customer service team.
Don't waste your hard earned money on this company! The owner is not true to his word!! I moved over six months ago, and his crew broke several expensive items of mine including a backyard fountain, my son's computer screen and my mother's antique dishes. The owner Trey left his young crew to do the entire move unsupervised. Towards the end of my move it started raining, so his crew put most of my second-story items in my storage shed. The next day my cousin and I had to move these boxes upstairs.
DONT BELIEVE A WORD THAT THIS COMPANY SAYS. TOTALLY DISHONORABLE. 1st let me state I'm a Veteran and this occurred on the Friday b4 Memorial day. Which makes wat transpired even more disgusting. The most unethical company I ever dealt with. Tra quoted us $570 to move and said it would only take about 3 hrs. We only had a 1 full bedroom set and a guest bed , sofa , TV and stand and about 20 boxes. We moved from Altamonte Springs to Kissimmee.

They got the job done but VERY expensive, $260/hour just to unload a truck. I will look elsewhere next time. Just saw another review that they helped someone free of charge, I guess i’m subsidizing her move. I’m a third grade teacher and pro bono attorney who never takes any fees from my clients, so no, I didn’t have that kind of money to spend. I don’t know why one single girl on her own in Orlando gets free moving and another has to pay $260/hour especially when I’m the one out there paying it forward but ok.
We're sorry that you were not pleased with your move. You were originally quoted $971 for the flat rate based as a not to exceed. Our 3-man rate is $595 for the first two hours and $187 for any hour thereafter if needed. The job was completed in three hours.
Originally my post was for 5 stars. We are 4 months post move and have figured out when they “put the beds back together” they didn’t screw them back together - which in turn made our mattresses fall through the frames. One screw was bend so bad we can’t get it back out of the frame. And we are missing 4 screws on the other frame. All in all it was an okay experience - just don’t have them put your beds back together or you might end up on the floor.

I used your service because my first experience was stellar, but this time around left me disappointed. Life happens understandably my frustration was with the lack of care for my belongings that I have worked so hard for to be damaged due to carelessness. If there is a next time I will pick another company. The customer service is warm and friendly.

These guys were great with our move! This is the second time we have used Orlando Moving Company and both times they were on time, wrapped literally every piece of furniture or object that can get damaged, and worked fast. This time CJ, Marlon, and Garrett helped us. They were all very professional and if they ever weren’t sure how we wanted something handled they were sure to ask, since we decided to be on site with them the entire time. Definitely recommend and they have fair pricing too!

I cannot say enough good things about Trey and his crew, Bryce and Deshawn. This past weekend, they helped move my mother, and from start to finish they were absolutely outstanding.
