Surprised at the 4.9 stars. My bill was different from the quote and when questioned, the guy was so defensive and rude it took from the actual job that was done. Would recommend but recommend to pay very close attention to the billing.
He seemed like a pleasant person. Nice to talk to. The time frame to receive the estimate took a while, the packing service never showed, and after almost two weeks, he calls to tell me he lost the original estimate. I'm sure he does better with others but for me, I was very disappointed being that he was referred by a good friend. I hired another company.
Being Busy is one thing, not communicating is another...speaking to a person on the phone and telling me that he will pass my request off for an estimate onto his 'schedule maker' only to never call me back now its more than a week later …
Very upset with them. I found them very rude and condensing. They moved very few items - a dresser, chest of drawers, night stand, and a few boxes. I was very disapointed. I actually was afraid to ask them to move boxes.

Twice Joel and his guys moved furniture for me and the experience was excellent. He is reasonably priced. His guys were on time. Everyone was polite and personable. Of course, nothing was damaged. I will absolutely use them for my next furniture transfer.
Very easy to work with, efficient, and fair pricing. Definitely worth it and takes the stress out of moving!
I didn't have any doubt in my mind that this crew was going to be nothing short of professional and top notch. Very impressed what they did and how they did it...what took me a week to do by myself the 4 awesome people did in a couple hours. No stress no worries no bs no nonsense crew and all business. Im telling you that is a fact..if anyone needs to move or need something moved DO NOT CALL ANYONE EXCEPT THIS COMPANY.. you will be satisfied to say the least.
They certainly represent their name, absolutely the best service! I was given clear directions, tips, and disclaimers ahead of my move which helped to save time in the move overall. The movers were extremely friendly and efficient, I worried with by hour things might go slow but that was not the case at all. I will be using them if ever I have to move again. <3 - Laura Healey
