Absolutely would not recommend! Used this company to load our pod. We had all couches wrapped before their arrival because I am very clean and picky, so I wanted to make sure nothing got dirty. They unwrapped my couches, said they’d cover them back up when they loaded them, but never did. I also saw them leave some of my couch pillows and cushions on the ground in my driveway. When I opened the pod, I found the couch wrappers just sitting there bunched up at the end of the pod.

I called and I emailed that I never got a response from these folks.. but I did get some email regarding signing up for a subscription.. My question is does the subscription actually include someone calling you back? Lol

We hired Minuteman Movers to help us move to our new home. Initially they were booked up but after hearing all the raving reviews, I was willing to postpone our move to use their services. The day of our planned move my husband and I both took off work. I received a phone call a half hour before expected arrival saying that due to illness they wouldn't be able to come. I'm a reasonable person and I understand unexpected things happen. Pam, the secretary, assured me that they could come on Sunday morning instead.

Was brief in messaging to set up a call and very rude over the phone. When I mentioned I already gave him details via messaging and texts, he got snappy and said that it was someone else and asked what we discussed, and before I could answer said, "or do you even remember?" I called him out on being rude and not letting me finish my sentence. To which he continued to talk over me to say he "isn't like that" then proceeded to try and give me a quote with no details.

They only want cash, When you speak to them on the phone they will not tell you service charges that go on the bill, they will charge you from the time they leave, not when they get there. They will charge you 100$ for washers and driers and from where we lived it would take about 20 minutes but it took them an hour and 10 minutes. Edit: Liars
Brice, Every call is standard and we provide all charges included prior to the work being done. This is an estimate. Fuel and drive time are not free and this was also discussed with you during the call. This is why it took longer than 20 minutes.

I can't say enough about how great it was working with Minute Man Movers. From the moment I spoke to Pam, who arranged for our move, to dealing with the crack team of Nick & Rick who picked up our household items from Hawley, PA, and delivered them to Bethesda, MD, it was an incredibly easy stress-free experience. These guys are the best. They were able to work around our schedule and actually helped us with a move on Mother's Day that needed to be done. Very professional, courteous and take great care of everything they handled. They arrived on time and stayed until the job was done. We did a preliminary walkthrough and they took it from there, not needing any direction or questions answered once they started with the move. We were very impressed and definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a moving company.

My wife and I have used several moving companies over the years. We have moved with Minute Man movers 3 times and they are superior to any other we have used.
