If I could give Junken Monkeys in Scranton, PA zero stars, I would. This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. From the start, communication was inconsistent and unprofessional, and it only got worse from there. They made promises they didn’t keep, gave unclear pricing, and by the end of it all, I felt completely ripped off. What was supposed to be a straightforward job turned into a stressful, drawn-out situation filled with excuses and zero accountability.

left them a message for services in june, they never called me back....i am not the competition...they dont want to accept the truth that they blew me off.
Unfortunately you are the competition and not a client of ours and there is zero record of any communication with our company
These guys left dozens of nails/screws and dozens of shards of broken mirror all over our alleyway on Bacon Street in Jermyn over several days not too long ago. Not cool. 👎 If they're gonna throw stuff out a side window directly into the alleyway, have the decency to properly clean up afterwards... Each of the tires on my car cost $300 to replace. Not to mention we have loads of children that play around here and its unnecessarily dangerous for them too! I don't recommend because of that.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. From the start, communication was inconsistent and expectations were not met. Promises that were made during the initial agreement were not followed through, and I felt like I was constantly having to chase updates or clarification. The entire process ended up being far more stressful than it should have been.
