Imagine, your all packed and ready to move and the movers show up almost 3 hrs late and starts complaining about the how the furniture has to go out of the house down stairs through the basement. Then he (Russ) decides they will take the furniture out through the back porch and started to shovel the porch steps as it snowed the day before but we were told by Pat (the owner) just to make sure the driveway was plowed which my snow plow man agreed to come early to take care of it for me and it was done.

We were very disappointed. The sales person does not connect with the people doing the actual moving. The result was spending over $3000 for furniture that would not get up to a second floor. I sent them professional video footage, pictures and full measurements of our furniture. No one looked at any of it. The sales guy assured me this is no problem as "we do this every day".

BEWARE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ALL YOUR BELONGINGS DESTROYED!!!! PLEASE READ: This has been by far one of the most horrific moving experiences in my entire life. I can not explain the damage that was done to my furniture, personal belongings, and the walls of my house in BOTH locations! This company has a terrible work ethic. They came over to a job, saw that it was going to be a challenge and made an excuse to the owner why they couldn't do it. They left an elderly widow all by herself in rooms full of boxes. As for the excuse they made up, we had a specialist come over ASAP to assess and no such problem was found. In response to the owner. You have lazy workers who walked off a job, because there was more packing than they thought.

I had an excellent experience with BAEZ & L’Oroño Express LLC. The entire moving process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. The team arrived on time, handled everything with care, and made sure all of my belongings were transported safely. I especially want to recognize Eros for his outstanding customer service and professionalism. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was organized, efficient, and completed with great attention to detail.
I’m not even sure where to begin with the amazing service I received from Caddden Bros moving. First we hired them for some “junk” removal of things we were not taking with us. I was pleasantly surprised at the fact they would donate anything that was worthy of donations rather than junk it all. That made me feel better about the service for sure! Then we also used them to move our things.
Cadden’s was not only reasonable with their pricing (we moved from Pa to Fl) but their workers were phenomenal from the moment we met them. Troy, Angel, and Mugs were kind, informative, and hard working. They listened to us when we asked questions and they treated our belongings with care. Also, our belongings were packed in the truck and arrived in the SAME truck that they were packed in - which was a huge relief to us as a lot of these moving companies subcontract your items to another company.
We used Cadden movers at the recommendation of a realtor we know and we are glad we did! They were very responsive from the first call. They came to the house to review the move and an approximate quote. We were going to have bad weather on the day of our move so they contacted us early to start the day before. Amir and his crew were very professional and took their time wrapping everything that was delicate.
