In their own words
This company moved in my new neighbor and while pulling in, their truck knocked down the internet line to my house. When I went outside expecting an apology or at least an explanation, a crew member named Tony instead got aggressive and tried to blame me, saying the line was too low — as if I put it there or was driving the truck.
Horrible experience Promised 3 -4 men and a one day delivery. 2 guys showed up late .They underestimated the job and couldn’t fit everything so it took many hours to load snd the guys refused to make the delivery the same day and left with all of our items. Noone would return calls Tony the guy in charge had a full voicemail so you couldn’t even leave him a message No attempt to solve the issues. We finally got our delivery 2 days later after living in a home with nothing ,with additional charges to the bill .
Today while moving my neighbors into their new place, BNT Movers hit the internet line while carelessly backing up their moving truck. The line became entangled around my vehicle and when it came down it left nicks on my car. Instead of taking accountability, Tony from the crew became aggressive and got in the face of my significant other. Rather than apologizing or handling the situation professionally, they claimed that a residential parking lot should have signs for fourteen foot clearance.
Where do I start...BNT moved us back in Oct. 2020. Crew arrived ~1.5hrs late. 5 movers showed up, if I recall there was only suppose to be 4, but it didn't matter, all the 5th person did was follow us around & talk our ears off(as if moving isn't stressful enough). Of the other 4 it appeared only 1 knew how to load the truck. Another busted hump pretty good, the last 2 - not so much...Lot of standing around watching the 1 guy pack the truck!
The move from hell. Brought small truck which couldn’t hold all belongings after seeing all to be moved. Paid price on contract but paid more when they returned days later for second load. Foreman first told me how much tip to give him and his men. One sat in my recliner and slept. Boxes labeled room locations were thrown into garage in new house. Screws for bed were lost. Legs for chaise lounge lost. Very rude and disrespectful to me after getting tips and food at end of first day.
I hired these movers recently. I booked their services 2 weeks in advance; I received a confirmation call the day before the move. The day of the move came and we waited... and waited... and waited…they never showed. I called several times …

Great company, and great experience. Especially the 2 movers Rocky, and Chris. They were particularly careful with everything they did, yet fast enough to keep me in budget. They really put my mind at ease once I seen them in action. Nothing was damaged, and they were super helpful, and courteous when it came to setting stuff where I wanted it. I’ve used multiple moving companies in the past, but BNT by far has been the best experience. I would highly recommend using them for any type of move.
Hired BNT movers to move us. Great communication with office Stacey and the crew. Bill, Caldwell and Chris. They came in dismantled a platform king bed and put it back together. They moved me from an apartment with 28 stairs. They never complained about the stairs. They hustled, treated our items with respect and care. If I ever had to move again I would use them in a flash. If you want someone to move your items with reasonable prices. Don't hesitate to call them. Thank you BNT movers!!!
We were able to get them to help move our family out to a new piece of land we bought. They showed up on time and were ready to work from the start. They even arranged a trailer to help with some of the larger equipment. Everything went great, would definitely recommend for anyone looking!
We moved into a new build and were worried about bumps and dents in our new walls. Not one!!! We were extremely pleased with their work and politeness. They even got finished early which meant less cost on our end. Wouldn’t hesitate to have them again or recommend them to others! Thanks again guys!
