URGENT WARNING: Negligence, Biohazards, and False Advertising I am writing this to document a pattern of gross negligence and deceptive business practices at this facility. Prospective renters should be aware that the "amenities" advertised on their website are a complete fabrication. 1. Environmental Negligence & Property Loss Despite marketing this facility as a temperature-controlled environment, it is anything but.

Rat feces EVERYWHERE dude. I picked Extra Space in Dickson city because prices were the best here than anywhere else I checked in my area. I had to get a unit because I just got kicked out my parents. Manager was kind, very pushy on getting a review even after I mentioned the reason for me moving (visibly crying and upset lol) Long day of moving I finished up and left it.
I've had my storage unit since October 2024, and it has been nothing but problems. I found mouse droppings inside my unit and mold growing on my belongings. Most of what I stored were baby items I was saving for future use, and now I'm not sure if any of it can be salvaged. Management shows no concern, and I know I'm not the only tenant dealing with these issues. On top of that, they keep raising the rent. Save yourself the stress, money, and disappointment.. look elsewhere for storage.

Linda was absolutely amazing—so friendly, helpful, and professional. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Linda! 🙌 Unfortunately, despite the excellent service, there have been ongoing issues with mice and mildew for several months now. Because of these concerns, I’ve made the difficult decision to move my belongings out.

RATS!!! THERE ARE RATS IN THIS FACILITY AND CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS NOT GOOD, OPEN HOURS AND THE DOORS ARE LOCKED AND NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE!!! THEY’LL START YOU ON A CHEAP RATE AND THAN AFTER 3 MONTHS THEY’LL CHARGE YOU ALMOST DOUBLE. DONT NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

We were here for 3 years and can't do the rates increases anymore not to mention our things and the unit has mice droppings everywhere. The staff is very nice but they need to do something about the rodent problem! ✌🏼 …

This is the absolute best Storage Facility I've ever been in. Immaculately clean, easily accessed, and very well organized, making getting to and working with your unit extremely convenient. Additionally, the staff is nothing short of fantastic. I had need to speak with Patrick on two occasions prior to occupying my storage unit and he was kind and helpful beyond my expectations as well as very generous with his time, making sure my questions and concerns were fully resolved.

Great customer service, easy access, carts available to use, secure passcode to enter the building, climate controlled, clean, and never any issues with billing. I had my unit for several years. The only reason I moved out is because I bought a house! Would highly recommend if looking for a unit in the area!
