The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

In their own words
Hey Bester Brothers, it costs nothing to be kind. My wife called this place. The guy that answered the phone was rude and not helpful at all. She hung up on him. The next place she called was wonderful to work with.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
We were extremely happy with the job Bester Brothers did for our local move. We loved that they came out to do a bid and we were able to customize it to our needs. We saved on costs by moving our own lamps and artwork and TVs. They were on time, very efficient and professional. The movers knew exactly what they had to do. It was great working with this local company. Nothing was dinged or scratched. They were very respectful. It is helpful to know ahead your floor plan and placement of furniture.
Heading into a six year, 17 building renovation and addition project, was a daunting puzzle into uncharted territory with many challenges. One very steady, dependable, consistent and professional piece of this puzzle was Bester Brothers; there wasn't a task that was too large (or too small) that they wouldn't couldn't, or didn't help us navigate.
Hi Kevin Fernandez, Seeing that you had a 5-Star experience is the best thing we could hope for! Your review means a lot to us. Thank you for choosing Bester Bros Transfer & Storage Co
Bester Bros have moved our parents several times now. Customized to your needs, very careful and thoughtful crew. Team was appreciative of their tip. They worked so hard AND moved a beast of a piano. Our 88 year old mother was thrilled to be able to play her piano again!
Hi Denise Pontrelli, Thanks for taking the time to share your opinion on Bester Bros Transfer & Storage Co. We take pride in giving outstanding service to every customer and we're overjoyed to receive your compliments and appreciation. We are looking forward to working with you again in the future!
The three guys I had were hilarious and super efficient. They worked well together, ribbing each other, while never stopping work. They put back together anything they took apart (bed, couch legs) and tried their best to get everything in and in place. They very easily went with the flow of the chaos (couch wouldn’t fit in the back door so had to move it to the garage). I got them as a recommendation and will definitely recommend them in the future.
Hi Angela McGovern, thank you for your glowing 5-star rating! - Bester Bros Transfer & Storage Co
