Georgie is very rude. My mom came up to help me pack and due to her name being on the job he refused to speak to me. I was crying next to my mom and asked him why he was not answering my questions, it was clear that he was listening and intentionally ignoring me because he was standing right next to me with his hands held in front of him, and his response was that I was not —moms name—. When she told him that she had hired them and this was my apartment he had a full attitude adjustment.
Called to get a quote. Someone answered and then immediately hung up. I called back thinking it might have happened accidentally, and as soon as someone picked up I said, "Hi", and they hung up again. I'm not going to leave a 1-Star review, but this definitely deserves a 2-Star.

Moving from Raleigh to Miami is definitely a big change. But thanks to the guys at Better life they made it much easier for me. I wanted to do the move on my own with my girlfriend. But at the packing phase ,when i saw how much stuff we've hoarded, i decided to hire professional helpers. They were careful yet moving very fast and organized. You can tell these guys know what they're doing. They were moving like busy ants. My help was definitely not needed there.

Finding a trustworthy moving and storage company isn’t easy. I’ve had mixed experiences in the past, so I was cautious when hiring Better Life Moving for a relocation from Falls, North Raleigh to Wilmington. I was pleasantly surprised from the very beginning. Their communication was excellent. The office kept me updated, and the movers arrived right on time. They wrapped my furniture securely and offered storage solutions for items I wasn’t ready to bring into the new place yet.
