In their own words
Worst experience we have ever had with a moving company. Hired them to pack and move over a 2 day period. The packers left after only half a day of packing, saying it was all packed up. They still charged us for a full day of packing. Then the next day the movers complained that they had to do a bunch of packing still, putting them hours behind the anticipated delivery schedule. The move ran until the late evening and the movers charged us their hourly rate accordingly.
I contacted Miracle Movers at the recommendation of my friend. I had a very frustrating experience with Miracle Movers during my move from Apex to Fuquay Varina in February 2026, and I would not recommend their services. The only positive aspect of the entire process was Ben, who was professional, courteous, and seemed to genuinely care about the quality of the work. Unfortunately, the rest of the team was completely unprepared and unprofessional.

I have hired Miracle Movers (MM) 3 times since 2021 and was closely involved with a 4th MM move. One move was 5 stars, two 3.5-4, and the most recent in May 2024 was 1 star. On all moves, they arrived on time or early. On all moves prior to 2024, all crew were professional and efficient. After the May 2024 move, I can no longer recommend them. The crew started with 3 guys: 2 experienced movers and a novice.
We moved into our new home at the end of May and used Miracle Movers based on the company’s positive ratings. This was one of the worst and stressful decisions that we made for our move. Miracle Movers did very little to ensure that the items moved on and off the truck were wrapped properly and secured. On their website, it states states “We Guarantee that all your belongings are securely wrapped before we move a single item”.
Be cautious on this one - promise the world to get your business but dont deliver on it. We were the test pilot on Miracle Movers new organizing and complete move package and had originally signed up with Neat NC. We were told that this was a service that MM was now doing in house "minus the boosh" and they would take care of everything including hanging pictures, organizing our things, mounting TVS.
Samantha, I am amazed to see rhis review. This is absolutely not what happened. You were quoted over $14,000 from Neat NC to pack and organize your home. Miracle Movers was upfront and honest with you. You stated you did not have that kind of money to do what they proposed.
It is hard to leave this review because so many from the company were kind however the packing of our items were not done properly nor with care. They did not have enough packers or movers to ensure a proper amount of time to pack and move. I complimented them on their work the day of packing because it was done so quickly.
We are sad to hear that you were not satisfied with the outcome of your move! This is not the standard we hold ourselves up to. We work hard to communicate all of our options with our customers for packing and loading.
BEWARE!!! Terrible experience. They didn’t charge us for the move, but we still had to pay someone $1k to fix our damaged hardwood staircase. We moved into a brand new home. 2 days in and so much damage was done. As someone who has moved multiple times, they were not properly trained to handle our furniture. None of the furniture was properly wrapped with blankets/furniture wrap. They used blankets and brown packaging tape- which obviously fell off and caused the damaged on our staircase.
Frances, thank you for your feedback. We are aware that we accidentally scratched a few of your stairs. Our office told you we were apologized for this and that we would stand behind it and repair it for you. After getting screamed at and called every name in the book the bill was not paid.
On October 13, 2025, we hired Miracle Movers of Raleigh and paid a $150 deposit to secure a move scheduled for October 15, 2025. During the move on October 15, 2025, one of Miracle Movers’ staff members was carrying two dumbbells upstairs when he tripped, fell, and struck his head. During the fall, one of the dumbbells caused a deep gouge in a stair tread. We heard the incident and went to investigate. The staff member was seated on the stairs rubbing his head and stated that he had tripped and fallen.
Mr. and Mrs. Bush, we are sorry for the frustration you experienced regarding the damage to your stair tread during your October 15 move. Your claim was submitted on October 31, 2025, and while the incident was acknowledged at the time, the resolution process ultimately took longer than it should…

Larry gave us a fair bid that was at the lower end of all eight bids for our move from Cary, NC to Marietta, GA. I was impressed with his quality control mindset ... especially the fact that the same crew that would load us, would be the ones to unload us and they would not combined our load with others. I also liked the concept of two straight trucks instead of a 53 foot semi tractor trailer. Our moving team did a fantastic job.
