I'd give 0 stars if possible. Just had a house built with freshly poured driveway. Big Fish moving company truck driver decided to do a 3 point turn on my driveway. Now there's tire marks and possibly a CRACK! I called them and left a message regarding this and never got a return call. If you look at their web page, you'd think they're great....don't believe it, they disrespect other people's property. I can't even imaging what they do to the property they actually move. STAY AWAY...STAY FAR AWAY!
Just witnessed one of there drivers run someone off the road with a full load in the truck on I-65 N. And followed less then one car length behind every person in the fast lane.
Dear Michael, Thank you for bringing this serious matter to our attention. We are deeply troubled to hear about the dangerous behavior you witnessed involving one of our drivers on I-65 N.
Here you go big fish moving company! 3/04/2021 had to catch up with them! 70 mph on a 55 mph road! Foley beach express! Good job

We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience! The team was on time, professional, and somehow made moving fun. They carefully wrapped and secured everything — from cabinets with drawers to framed pictures — and handled each piece with care. It was amazing how seamlessly and quickly they moved five offices of furniture and then unloaded and set it all up just as efficiently.

Most professional and friendly movers I ever had... and I've moved a lot! From the start of even just scheduling all members of the team were fantastic and enjoyable to work with. During the scheduling process, Jason was responsive and informative. During the move, Jordan, Brandon, and Daniel were kind, friendly, and professional! They took great care of all of my belongings and you could tell they had experience by how quickly and efficiently they moved.
Very reasonable pricing and superb moving experience. They were on time (actually a tad early) and were very careful with the furniture. Several pieces had to be broken down and put back together again and they did it with no problem. I would definitely use them again!

Amazing! I'll start with setting up the appointment, Jason was very quick to respond to my request, extremely informative and just so very pleasant to work with. We set the appointment for 3 hours then realized we may have been a little conservative on the amount of time we needed help. I called the office and Jason was able to extend our time for as long as we needed. On the day of the move, Jordan and Cole were professional, helpful and very quick to jump in to begin loading the truck.
