Been impossible to get ahold of anyone. I have been trying to cancel my storage there for 2 months now. I called last month and was told it was cancelled. I just got charged again for a storage im not using and no one is answering phones. I stopped by the physical location and the dude there flat out told me that everything is done online and he couldn't help me. Bad customer service. Unprofessional staff.

I called was looking for a 20×20 the person I spoke with said yes sir we have one left. Price 104.00 per month I was told 1.55 for May and 50%off on June. Am thinking perfect for the cost.get my code I drive in keep in mind NO ONE ON SITE I am looking for a 20×20 they don't have one they gave me two units and has a wall right in the middle! First I was lie to about the unit. Then the bill comes in and it is full price lied to. I have been calling them from day one about this hole thing.

The first month free is great but after that there are a lot of fees added on so you will pay more than the advertised price. The manager isn't very friendly. Its open 24 hours but if you take advantage of that and start too early, you may be accused of sleeping there.

This was by far the easiest site to rent from it was a short and simple application then I got my unit and lock code with in 5 min and I did all this over the weekend and still got the info fast.. thank you!!

The storage had great deal online. Storage facility is nice. Has a messed up gate currently so had to back out but otherwise very easy to access and leave.

Clean and easy to find plus a great introductory offer. My only complaints are the broken gate and one of the other exits was blocked by a uhaul truck.
