In their own words
I'm new to town, working at the data center ( don't hate me Abilene!! ) and I needed a storage unit ASAP!!.. Angelica helped me get everything set up super fast and was very knowledgeable about the coverage plan. I appreciate the hard work and professional attitude she had towards my situation. If you find yourself in the same situation give her a call 🤙!!... Thanks again U-STOR!?
Truth, thank you for the great review! We’re glad Angelica was able to get you set up quickly and walk you through the coverage options, especially with you needing a unit ASAP. We really appreciate your kind words about her professionalism and hard work.
If you want a great storage facility this is it!!!! I have been renting from them for years and Sherry & Dan are just the best. The facilities are clean and they have been very good to me cause I would sometimes forget to pay on time and …
JoAnne, thank you so much for renting with us for all these years and for your kind words about Sherry and Dan. We’re really glad you’ve found the facility clean and that our reminders helped when payments slipped your mind, and it’s great to hear the online autopay is making things easier now.
We have been tenants of U-STOR Self Storage on N 6th in Abilene, Texas for many years. The grounds have always been kept clean, and the overall property and units are secure. I like the fact that my gate code is tied to my unit number; this eliminates unauthorized access to my individual. Sherry and her staff have always been both professional and friendly.
Sherri, thank you for being with us for so many years and for sharing this thoughtful review. We’re glad you’ve consistently found the property clean and secure, and that the unit-linked gate code gives you extra peace of mind.
I have been renting from U-Stor for about 3 years now. This storage facility is ran by a married couple. They are friendly and extremely professional. I have NEVER had any problems or difficulties with the billing or the security of this storage facility. They have a wonderful dog also. Very nice people.
We are so appreciative of the evaluation you gave us. At U-Stor, our "excellence is our standard" belief takes us one step farther than the average self storage. Thank you again for the excellent review! Remember to refer your friends to us to receive a $20 referral check.
