In their own words
The rep came to our house and storage area weeks prior to our move with estimates for PBO and Allied to pack. We had a scheduled pick up date of 1/25/25, that they changed 1 week before the move, stating "they don't pack on weekends". Then they screwed up the logistics of getting a semi to our storage unit, even though the rep, Tim visited the site. This then delayed the pick up back to 1/25, a weekend!
Horrible company, the movers damaged my walls, two of them smelled like weed the whole time and the manager has zero phone etiquette and just sounds like he hates his life. Would give zero stars to the office staff if I could.
Tried to get a quote to get family moved. Went to their office and the one guy that handled that was gone so left my name and number, called several times and left my name and number each time, stopped back by and left my name and number again. A week later I'm getting fantastic customer service from Texas Movers Direct.
The packers rushed through everything. Missed packing up a ton of things, to the point where we had to go out and buy our own boxes. Would not recommend the packers to anyone

Great experience, Terrance was on time loading and a day early unloading. Very friendly and helpful. Not 1 thing was damaged, and I had several pieces of large glass. I moved across the country and everything worked as expected. Would definitely use again, and if you happen to get Terrance as your mover you will be very happy.

Very Professional movers, very polite, very accommodating, very detailed. We enjoyed working with them. The office staff is extremely helpful with great communication . We highly recommend them to the public. We definitely will use them again in the future.

Milton and Orlandus assisted me with my move overseas. Despite having a high volume of items to pack, they remained highly motivated and personable throughout.
