The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Look no further. This is the company you want to handle your things — and you. The guys are super experienced, careful, great at communicating, polite, and efficient. The gentleman who did our estimate offered some tips to help keep costs down: organize as much as you can in advance and pack small stuff and label it so they know where it will go. We let them do the fragile stuff and artwork; nothing was broken.
It was a pleasure to work with you Lise and hear such kind words from your experience!
Believe the reviews, Big John's is amazing! They are old school in the absolute best way possible. For my out-of-state move, they were the only company who actually had someone come to my apartment to do an estimate. My plans changed quite a few times, but Ed was always so kind, understanding, and accommodating. Alex and his team of movers did an incredible job in getting me out of my 5th floor walkup and into my new apartment.
It was a pleasure to work with you Stacey and hear such kind words from your experience!
I’ve moved three times with Big John’s. All three times they were prompt and professional. The movers are good with last-minute packing challenges. I was scrambling to pack my kitchen when they arrived, and they did a fantastic job with it. …
Thank you, Lara, for taking the time to leave us a review! We take pride in serving our community and putting a smile on their face. Thank you for your business!
I had the pleasure of working with Big John's Moving Company on a project for NYC-based nonprofit God's Love We Deliver. The team could not have been kinder or more generous with their time and energy. God's Love We Deliver's mission is to cook and home deliver medically tailored meals to New Yorkers who are too ill to shop or cook for themselves.
Thanks for the awesome review about our services, Kasey. We’re so pleased to hear your kind words, I’ll make sure to pass on your encouraging words. Enjoy your day!
