The rating breakdown
1 of the 21 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Big Js Moving & Delivery Service are one or two star.
Worked out from 21 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
They were the BEST movers I've ever used and I've moved numerous times. They were fast and very professional. Wrapped everything, unwrapped and set up my furniture. If I ever move again, I will call on them!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
We are happy that you had a great experience with us. Let us know if we can help in the future.
This moving service is beyond punctual and amazing!!! Everything was treated like it was their own and the owner was courteous and understanding throughout the entire process!!
They kept me informed on arrival. They did a good job removing old refrigerator, moving in the new refrigerator and setting it up.
I contacted Josh's company to do a small apartment move from San Antonio to New Braunfels in a very tight window of time. Not only was he timely, he was organized and far exceeded my expectations in every respect. He was professional with great attention to detail and excellent service and communication. It was worth every dollar and I can't say enough how highly I recommend him and his company for any move or delivery, big or small. You wont be disappointed.
Thank you Rick for the kind words, we are glad we could help and appreciate the review.
