My experience with them was terrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! I hired then to pack and they sent 3 young men who didn’t seem to have any real experience with packing. And the lead guy and one of his crew were terribly rude when I complained because I saw them throwing my things in a large box with no lid or wrapping paper - things like musical instruments and vases! They told me they were the ones with experience packing and said it was fine and asked what experience I had. What???

I am very sad to have to write this rating because we had them move us three years ago and were impressed with the service, although I swear there was a box missing, they assured me they had protocols in place to prevent this. 5 months ago we had them put everything in storage while we build a new home, as we sold our previous one before we expected to. Now, moving everything they stored for us into another home (not the new build), they've LOST the bed frame to my son's bed.

I'm so sorry to hear about the damage during your cross country move. We do our very best to make sure items are stacked and loaded as safely as possible, but unfortunately moving can be such a risk, especially during a cross country move.
I hired Evolution Moving for a whole-house move on May 21. Before the move, I explained the contents of the house during the estimate process so they could estimate the scope. On moving day, I emailed additional instructions because I would be unavailable by phone. I provided my partner's contact information and specifically requested that all garage items be packed and moved. Daniel Rios confirmed that everything was received and that the movers would contact my partner before leaving the house.
Do not use this company! I paid the initial deposit and on completion of the move that should have took way less time as I moved mostly everything on my own I paid the remainder before they left and now they are contacting me saying I OWE …

I'm sorry to hear that our service did not meet your expectations. Using the data we have from the move it looks like we made the 30 minute commute in about 40 minutes, but there is only so much I can infer from the data and it looks like we were at some unique locations.

I had a seamless move with Evolution Moving Company. They did a great job communicating throughout the entire process. Eshton & Scott were hard working, easy going and fun to work with.
