Yesterday this crew arrived two hours late and were not super pleasant to work with. They were not handling our stuff with care and left over twenty large boxes for us to deal with even though I explicitly stated that they needed to be broken down and put in the dumpster. One of the movers was extremely rude, telling me he was only going to help with what truckload they brought over, when our design team hired them for time.
I really wanted this move to go better, but unfortunately it fell well short of my expectations. I was quoted $470, but my final bill was $676—over $200 more than expected. For a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment, that was incredibly frustrating, especially considering the movers stopped twice to use the restroom while I was still being billed by the hour. I also had to help move items myself more than I should have just to avoid the move taking even longer.

I cannot recommend this moving company enough! I booked them for an unload-only service, and from the moment the three-man crew arrived, they got straight to work—including helping me wrestle open the PODS container. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾 These guys were incredibly efficient, organized, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. Every item was handled with care, and they worked together like a well-oiled machine.

The guys were awesome, got me moved in with travel time from Schertz to the East Side, in 3 and 1/2 hours. I've got about a one bedroom apartment worth of stuff, they were quick and kept moving the whole time. Had a little hiccup with a busted item but they made sure that I got taken care of.
