I was ghosted for a quote and I am note sure why. I called on 4/27, spoke with Victoria and got my apartment inventoried. She told me I would receive a quote by the end of the day. On 4/28, I hadn't heard anything, so I emailed the company as I wanted to adjust my move date. On 4/29, I still hadn't heard anything, so I called two different numbers for the company, one from their website and another from Google, but only got a voicemail for their Junk Removal business.
Trevor, I want to first take full responsibility for this situation, and I assure you it doesn’t reflect our company’s standards. I juggle many roles here, I'm human, and unfortunately I let this one slip through the cracks. But regarding … More
There are numerous reasons why this company should not be hired....too many to go into but with the experience I had I would recomend hiring a more established and less shady business.

In their own words
We had an amazing experience with New Braunfels Moving Company! Had a crew of 6 - Jamal, Seth, Jaime, Rob, Ric, and Marcus. They were so professional, respectful, friendly, kind, and accommodating. Great communication as a team, being very careful to protect the home and all our belongings. They carefully placed everything exactly where requested and were patient if we had changes. So grateful for this positive experience. I wouldn’t use any other moving company. Thanks everyone!
WOW! 100 stars!! I am an agent and my clients needed help with same day moving from New Braunfels to San Marcos and man - Steven and his team are unmatched. The service was amazing and they were fast and prompt and less expensive than other companies but their service was worth $1,000,000!! Thank you New Braunfels Moving for helping my clients and being amazing!
New Braunfels Moving Company is the best around! I called several places in the surrounding area and they were the best priced and cheapest! Jaime, Jeremiah, Felipe and Roy worked carefully and diligently with every item, making sure to protect it with blankets and wrapping it. They carefully placed all items in the exact spots I needed them in my new house! Very polite crew of men! I highly recommend using New Braunfels Moving Company!
Amazing service by NBMC with Jamal, Matt & Felipe. Couldn't ask for a better team to help us move. Thank you NBMC! Good listeners and very courteous. They were professional, hardworking, and handled our belongings with care throughout the move. They worked efficiently and stayed organized. We would definitely recommend your services to anyone looking for reliable movers! Thank you for making our move go so smoothly.
