This was my worst experience moving. Over 20 items were broken and used their contracted company to pack our items. Specialty boxes were paid for and supposed to be used for delicate are pieces and they did not do this. they hung pieces off the back of the truck and ruined a rug. Some item did not show up at all. The company they used was Called Moving Van Lines. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO CONTRACT THIS COMPANY WHEN YOU MOVE.
Ma’am could you please check to make sure this review is for Trinity Movers in New Braunfels,Tx. We have no record of moving you.
So I see that this company has really great reviews and I'm kind of jealous, especially since this company was our very first moving company we had ever hired. I do not know why we didn't get that same experience but the reason for this one star review is because of the way the owner Kevin went about his services. We had hired him to move our stuff to a storage unit until we closed on our home. My wife did mention that they were actually pretty ruff on our stuff.
Thank you sir for your constructive criticism. This review will show that I am not perfect although we strive for perfection everyday I will take full responsibility for the way your move was handled with the exception of me wanting to … More
Punched a hole in my couch and taped it closed and didn't include the hardware for my dining room table that they took apart. Won't return phone calls about it either. They will get the job done but wouldn't reccomend any company that can't return simple phone calls
Thank you for your feedback, Mrs. Cook. We are currently investigating our shortcomings and will implement necessary changes to our processes and procedures to ensure that future clients do not share similar experiences.
Got a quote to move a one bedroom from Portland to San Francisco for $3500. It only cost me $2100 to move the same stuff from West Palm beach Florida to Portland. I said that's. outrageous and he laughed and said what did you think it …
Sir we are a local moving company located in New Braunfels, Tx. I ask that you double check to ensure that this is the Trinity Movers you that gave you this outrageous quote. Did you speak to Kevin Joshua?? If not you have the wrong Trinity Movers sir

We had an excellent experience with this moving company from start to finish. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They took the time to ask exactly where we wanted every item placed, making the unloading process smooth and stress-free. We moved an entire 3,000-square-foot home, and everything was handled with great care and attention to detail. The team was efficient, organized, and treated our belongings with respect throughout the entire move.
2nd ETA: Kevin reimbursed us for damages, more than we asked for. Because he did the right thing, I’m updating my review again, but leaving it at 4 stars since it took a negative public review to get any follow up. ETA: changing my stars to 3. The crew put a lot of pressure on us to give a 5-star review claiming that Kevin the owner would give each crew member a $25 bonus if we 5 ⭐️reviewed them on Google. So I’m a nice person and did that. I have terminal cancer. This move cost us almost $20,000.
Holly, I am deeply and sincerely sorry for the stress and frustration we have added to your life during such an incredibly difficult time. First and foremost, I want … More
Trinity Movers did a fantastic job of moving my mother-in-law into an independent living facility in New Braunfels. They showed up early, they were very professional, and completed packing all of our furniture and boxes in just one hour. I highly recommend working with Jax and Indy. They were absolutely fantastic in handling all aspects of the move and made sure that we were well situated before they left. A great moving experience overall, and I will definitely use these guys again!
Trinity Movers was a great company to hire to move a family member into an assisted living apartment. Davian and Joshia were friendly, respectful, professional and efficient throughout the entire move. Great guys and will certainly ask for them if/when the next time we need a moving company to help:)
