In their own words
I have hired Big Movers (and Diversity, their associated company) maybe 4 times and they have never failed me. They send excellent teams, which is why I keep calling them. They are informative, punctual, and flexible. They're as fast as careful allows for, which I appreciate. They also pack your stuff so it doesn't shift. I had a house's worth of stuff they helped me with this year. They packed it, it didn't shift for six months; then they packed it in the truck and it didn't shift for a two hour drive.
Alex, thank you for trusting Big Movers and Diversity so many times. We’re glad our teams’ punctuality, clear communication, and careful packing kept a houseful intact for six months and through that two-hour drive. I’ll pass your praise … More
This is the 2nd time I’ve used Big Movers to unload my truck (moving from OH to PA). These crews WORK. They don’t stop to take a break or text… they worked crazy hard the entire time at a fast clip until the job was complete. Then they asked if everything was satisfactory, willing to move things around if needed. Punctual, prohfessional, super-hardworking, friendly… and they treated my items with care. The office coordinator Teare is outstanding too. Thank you, Big Movers!
Kelly, thank you for choosing Big Movers again and for this detailed review. We’re grateful you noticed the crew’s punctuality, nonstop effort unloading your truck from OH to PA, and the care they took with your items. I’ll pass your praise … More
Teare is amazing and so personable. I so appreciate her being available via text and always so responsive. Moving is such a challenging thing and she and her crew made it so much easier. The three gentlemen that came to unload for me were so sweet and did such a great job. I couldn’t believe my eyes when they were putting things on their backs and taking them inside 🤣 when I move again I won’t consider anyone else!! Thank you to you all!
Shelby Leanne, thank you for the wonderful review. We’re so glad Teare’s responsiveness and availability by text made your move easier, and your shout-out to the three gentlemen for their care and hard work means a lot. We loved your laugh … More
