Do you ever wonder why a business only has 5 star reviews. Its because they are paying customers for them. The owners of this business are the nastiest people. They are not good movers. They broke our stuff, and then they tried to intimate us into letting it go. We are not. We are going to court. Dropped a box of clothes in a slush puddle ruined the dresses. Said they not at fault. We should have put clothes in a waterproof box or bag. We'll update after court.
Don’t hire this mover. He dropped my $4000 sewing machine and now he refuses to pay for it. I don’t think he is insured because i asked him for the name of his insurance company and he had ghosted me and won’t give it to me
Hey Sandra! We apologize about the misunderstanding. You’ve hired S.V.M in the past, that job went very well. However, for this job in particular, we are not allowed to file any claims without payment being processed at the end of the job. This all in the contract that you signed.
My mother contracted this company to help her move that was 5 mins away from the last home and the owner was not there to supervise the move which he should have been because he uses unprofessional movers that have broken appliance and misplaced items. The workers left the job undone, left a house full packed boxes that we had to go and move ourselves after paying this company over thousand of dollars.

Unsafe drivers! I did not hire this company. I was driving on the high way in south MI when an employee in their blue van merged onto the highway. I moved over to let them in and they merged into me skipping the right lane. I layed on the …

Do not waste your time.. Try SOMEWHERE ELSE. Didn't move all my stuff,which I no longer have. Paid over $550.00 to have them move me and 1/2 was let behind

I spoke to Boston on a Friday about moving a 600lb safe down to the basement of my house. Boston got me scheduled for the upcoming Tuesday. Boston called on Monday to confirm our appointment, and then again Tuesday morning to let me know he was on the way with an ETA. Boston showed up with Nick and Carl and the three of them made light work of the safe. All three gentlemen were kind, courteous and professional. They took any and all precautions possible to ensure that nothing was damaged along the way.
