No one showed up. No one called. No response to calls or text messages after confirming ( the previous day)a scheduled date and time to move some things. My appointment was scheduled for 1pm. I never heard a word from this company throughout the remainder of the day. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I only wish that I had read some of the reviews before I booked. Unfortunately, I did not read the the reviews until after I had already been waiting for over an hour.
Moving on Faith were supposed to pack up a 5' by 8' uHaul trailer at 10am last Sunday. At 10:15 when I called/texted to ask for an ETA, I received no answer. Around 10:30, I received a call that there was a no call/no show at 9am that day …
We do apologize for this situation and our lack of proper communication. Unfortunately, our staffing fell short due to unforeseen circumstances and it effected our ability to do our best in a timely manner!
I scheduled a move with them for 12/19 at 10am...A week in advance. On the phone and through text. I call them at 10:30 to see where they are and they said the secretary never scheduled anything. Wow. Very unprofessional and a total waste of time.
We made a mistake and would have had a crew to the customer by 12. Also would have given a discount however the customer hung up the phone when I stated we could have someone no later than 12.
I have scheduled movers, And they never showed up never picked up my phone calls. Never canceled on us. No call no show that’s all I have to say. I guess it’s time to start looking for a different moving company.
After previously leaving a positive review for this company, I must regrettably (and at a high cost) change my position. …
Cancelled on us at 8 PM the night before the move. Absolute garbage. Don’t risk it. Go with literally any other company.

UPDATED Jan 2026: Terrance and his crew moved heaven and earth to get my mom's things moved from Pittsburgh to Atlanta in the big snowstorm of Jan 2026. After 14" of snow fell the previous night, they still drove an hour to get her packed, then through the night to deliver her things. When everyone else was shut down, they worked quickly and efficiently. True professionals. Communication was easy and prompt. This was our second time using Moving on Faith and we are big fans.
Terrance and Markell were God sent! They were on time and worked endlessly for nearly 7 hours straight until the job was done. Both movers/owner paid close attention to being careful with my items to ensure a smooth move. It was extremely hot outside on the day of my move but these guys never took a break! I received top tier service! They even helped me remove trash and items that were not coming to the new property!
Will & Day helped us unload a U-Haul into our storage unit. They were professional, took caution with our things, loaded the storage unit so well to make everything fit which I didn’t think was going to be possible! Great communication, hard workers, highly recommend. We will definitely be using them again for our next move.
