After providing the details of the move that I needed help with including the amount of rooms in the house, and what furniture was being moved TWICE, both times I was told it would take a 2 man crew 7.5 hours. The two person crew that was sent to move us took a total of 16 hours, DOUBLING the price quoted and not completing the move. Now I am in a terrible spot, having to find a vehicle to move the large items they left behind, and with much less money than I expected. I will never use this company again.

Booked a move for this weekend 8/31 from 4PM-5PM. It's 6PM and no phone call and no one is here. We've called several times and there is no one answering and no voicemail setup even though the website claims they are open 24 hours. How convenient. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and dependent on this company to help me and my partner move because I can't lift heavy objects. I have my entire life packed up in boxes and am at a complete loss of words at how far behind this put us considering it is also a holiday weekend.
Didn’t load truck well at all, caused a lot of damages. I called and was given a fake email to talk to someone about my complaint. When I explained it was a fake email, I was hung up on. I had then left a previous review and someone replied with an inaccurate response. I can’t believe this company. Very untrustworthy.

So, the company is called "Worry Free Moving." They do not get back with you on simple questions. I am worried. Very concerned. Cancelled the move with them because of these reasons. What if I had a claim or an issue? Not worth the worry. I did call many times and left messages with the employees. I was told that I need to get with Matt. I asked for him to call me and I never received a call back. I called again and I was giving his email address. I was told that he checks his emails. I emailed twice.

They didn’t show up on time, didn’t even call/text us until AFTER the one hour “grace period” for them to show up. I ended up having to move everything with my family and they tried to say it was OUR fault that they didn’t come on time! Such a shame because they had high ratings online. Matt and Bez were fantastic to work with! We had a quick move from out of state and had to store our belongings in a Pod until our home was ready. As an older couple, we knew we would need help moving our items in to our new place. They did not disappoint. Both gentlemen were friendly, and they worked quickly and took great care of our items. It had just finished raining and they were extra careful to protect everything.
Highly recommend ! We used the team to unload a moving truck into a storage unit. We were moving cross-country and not sure on timing, but the team was very accommodating, great communication and helpful with suggestions. Zach and Vez were hard workers and really helped us unload a full truck very quickly! Looking forward to working with them when we need help again
Movers showed up on time, were courteous and professional, and moved everything super fast. Would hire them again any time.
5 stars and would recommend Worry Free movers! Hired them to load my moving truck. Good communication, quick labor loading, and packed the truck in a way I was confident my items would be safe for the drive. Really happy with the friendly movers and would recommend to anybody in the area.
