Kept pushing their arrival time back until they were nearly 6 hours late. The movers broke the arm of our recliner and bent the doors of an armoir so they no longer close, broke a light fixture in the new house while moving furniture upstairs and scratched and scraped the floor and multiple walls. The owner dismissed our concern about the repeated arrival changes by claiming "other companies would probably have canceled on you, at least we're still coming" and never responded to our message about the broken…
Was this job in you name because I can't find it anywhere but if you'd like to give us a call I would love to clear up these issues but this is all new to me... I also never received any calls about damages do you have names of the movers
My experience with Full Faith Moving Services was just awful and led to what I consider to be the worst move of my life. My fiancée and I had just recently purchased our first home which was only three miles away from our then current apartment. A family member offered to purchase a moving service for us to help ease the stress on us and highly recommended Full Faith, so we scheduled a moving service about two months in advance. Trying to think ahead, I scheduled our move to start at 9:00 A.M.

Moved 7:26:2025 I called about 2 months prior for a professional quote and advice to move my family from austintown to Sandusky. I left a great 3 bedroom 1.5 bath home 2 car attached garage for a lovely 3 Floor plus basement century home in Sandusky ohio close to cedar point . All that info was relayed during initial consultation. The communication prior to the move was as close to none as you can get . Huge red flag . Number 1.
I need to change the moving day. so requested by email and call. but I got a response that the rescheduler had a vacation without any action for passing 4 days. eventually I got an answer it was impossible to adjust the day. therefore I have to cancel and search again other moving helpers with paying more money. it's time and money wasting.
It was not a good experience at all. It took way longer than stated. There was only 1 worker working. They left 25% of our stuff at the old place. The owner had the nerve to say to me that 95% of his complaints are from black women. At the …

These guys moved my wife and I from Illinois to Canfield OH. I didn’t know anybody from the company I didn’t know their history, I didn’t know anything about their business. I am very fortunate that I chose Full Faith Moving services to do my move. You talk about a group of guys that was respectful, courteous, and careful with every piece of furniture and every box we had (Believe me we had probably over 200 boxes lol).
I was referred to Full Faith last minute and they were lifesavers. I underestimated the scale of my move and couldn’t have done it without them. I planned to just have them move items from my home to the truck and changed my mind 12 hours prior and they were able to accommodate my misjudgment. They were responsive, professional and handle my family’s most precious and antique items with care. They delicately packed and moved these items but were still expeditious completely everything within a few hours.

Andre and his team were incredible to work with. I would easily recommend Full Faith Moving to anyone going to a new home or even a simple furniture delivery. They arrived on time and finished the job faster than they predicted. Easy decision to go with them.
