Horrible damaged many pieces of my furniture and put a hole in my wall and could care less about it. No return phone calls and I paid for the pleasure
I am not one to usually leave a review but it is moving season and if I can help someone else not make the mistake in trusting this company, I will. I decided to go with Big Oxen Company because they had good reviews so I got in communication with Nick through phone and email and made an appointment for two loaders to come help load our moving-truck. On the day of the move, no one showed up and when I tried to call the company, no one answered.
Feel bad about it. We were not told that living in the second floor will take extra money until we pay. It would better to pay base on how much stuff that you have rather than how long that it takes.
We have corrected the website to clear the details of charges per flight of steps. Very sorry for the inconvenience.

This is the second time we’ve used Nick and his company Big Oxen Moving and will continue to use them in the future! Nick and his team are professional and respectful. He has the most reasonable prices in Bloomington. They are fast, efficient and on time! I highly recommend them!!!!
They relocated my belongings very carefully, despite working on very short notice. They even brought additional boxes when I realized that I was running low on them. The company maintained professionalism and kept everything under control during the removal. All my furniture, computer equipment, and personal effects arrived on target and in excellent condition. They basically helped save the day for me.
Thoroughly enjoyed Nick Kernan's service moving furniture for me...not only did I see his hard work in making sure that he did a good job, I see that he has a good heart with a friendly and down-to-Earth personality. I recommend Big Oxen Company not only for their service and for supporting a humble veteran & Native American-owned business but also for their nice co-owner Nick.
Nick and his crew took the stress out of moving. They moved our items quickly and efficiently with care. The entire team was courteous, hard working, and helpful. I would recommend this company for a local or an out of state move! I would definitely use Big Oxen Company again.
