When I came in to the office the man at the desk was so friendly and very helpful. He made the process of reserving a unit super easy and even gave me some tips for reserving in the future. He explained everything and got it all set up quickly. Getting into the unit was easy and everything is very clean and nice looking. I will for sure be renting here again in the future!
Marty at the 46th Street location is AMAZING, he is responsive, knowledgeable, and gets you through the paperwork and on to the actual storage process with ease. The facility is extremely clean and spacious, room for full size pickups to maneuver easily. No storage is inexpensive but Big Red has discounts available that help with costs. Highly recommend!!!
I have stored my belongings here twice long term. I highly recommend them. Friendly staff Martin is excellent! He's friendly and funny, I actually enjoyed paying my bill. Clean units, great pricing, secure.... if I ever have to store my stuff again I'll be back.
Marty at Big Red Self Storage/Central is great. He is very helpful, he is a clear communicator, friendly and easy to deal with. The unit was clean and has electrical outlets and lights. Marty made sure I understood all the details, understood the gate entry access code and how to use it and that I had all the information for online payments and the rental agreement. He also sent a follow-up email after I moved in to see how things went. I would definitely use Big Red Self Storage Central again.
