In their own words
We recently moved from California to Lincoln and we needed a temporary storage facility for a few months to house our belongings and furniture while the house we purchased was having some work done. Our experience with Big Red Storage has been exceptional. Curt, our point person, was very friendly and accommodating.
Love how efficient buying and moving in is! Had to move in during closing hours and bought our unit online! So many different sizes to choose from! We have to move from the house we rent and we don’t have enough time to buy a house so we needed something fast and close by, Big Red Self Storage online is definitely the way to go! We got our unit number and entry/exit code right after buying online and we found that everything was easy to find and easy to access upon arrival!
Hi Stephanie! I'm happy to hear everything went smoothly when you rented online. You can definitely use our moving truck when you move out. Just call the store to reserve it as soon as you know what date you will need it.
Very clean units. Fair pricing. A little confusing at first how to find your unit, but not bad. Pleasant music plays and ample lighting is provided. I feel like my mother is safe here going in and out of our storage unit as she needs to. I am happy with our decision to go with Big Red storage. For the 15x10 indoor climate controlled unit that we are renting, they had the best price out of all the storage facilities I called. You can really fit a lot in the units we found out. I recommend Big Red Self Storage
The process of renting a unit was fantastically easy online, all the info to access it was sent promptly, the bonus use of a moving truck (huge!) was so helpful. The unit is clean & this location seems quite secure. All staff I’ve dealt with have been pleasant & competent. I’d recommend!
