Heartless company with zero ethics. They auctioned off my deceased son's personal photos. I am writing this to warn anyone considering using this facility. Their management is utterly heartless, cold, and entirely lacks human decency. My son recently passed away. The only reason his unit fell behind on payments was because he had died. When I contacted the facility to explain the situation and retrieve his belongings, I was met with zero empathy or leniency.

Big red storage on north 27th is one of the best storage facilities I’ve used the staff are polite professional there facility is really secure automated lights when walking down the hallway it’s clean climate controlled which is awesome I would recommend big red storage to anyone the marking to let you know where your unit is, is easy to read and follow
Securing a storage unit and moving in was so easy. The facility is clean, well maintained, and secure. They provide carts to help move your items in and even had a loading garage to pull into to make moving even easier. I would definitely recommend Big Red for your storage needs!
Clean. Well lit. And comfortable temperature. However if you have asthma or allergies you're going to want to not use the garage bay for unloading. The plug in is always on full blast and has caused me issues everytime I forget it's there and use the bay.
The storage location is well maintained and things are relatively to figure out. They give you detailed emails with the information you need and have a help line available if you need it. The location is quite secure as well! Would highly recommend!
