Took advantage of the free truck rental with opening a new storage account. That was about the only good thing. The truck itself was disgusting. It was filthy and oh my god, it smelt so so bad. The lingering body odor was almost unbearable. Fast forward to returning the truck, I get a call from the business the next day and speak with Amy on the phone.
Do not rent from them. They will raise rent every year for absolutely no reason. Water damage in the unit. Bugs and mice everywhere. Maybe spray for bugs with all that increased rent.

It was very easy to get in and out. The communication from the company prior to move in was prompt, polite, with clear and accurate directions. Grounds and unit were all clean and well maintained. I highly recommend.
I really like this location on Van Dorn in Lincoln. The location sits nested and out of the way of people passing by and unless you are from that area or are leasing storage at this location, you wouldn't even know it's a storage facility. I have a covered storage lot for my truck and it is more than efficient for it as the lots can accommodate the biggest RV or camper you can buy. The lots sit in the very back and as stated, they are nested among the treeline.
Only place I use anymore when I need a unit. Free truck to move for customers, nice clean units. Fair pricing, and friendly knowledgeable staff. Easily rent & pay your fees too. No deposit & 1st month off 10x10 inside unit right now.
My experience with Big Red Storage has been an easy smooth transition. ..Josh has been amazing....I called checking on prices (which there's were the cheapest) and I live out of town so the hours I work didnt coincide with there hours to come in and do a lease agreement and really needed this unit by the next morning...they have an option where u can do it all online...it was amazing!!! I got my unit number and the gate code all right there online...that was sooo helpful..
