I first want to say that Austin and Mark did an awesome job. They were polite, had a lot of patience and Austin really knew how to pack a truck. However, I was disappointed in the service from the office. I called and wanted to ralk to Nate about my experience, but never got a call back. When I initially called for a quote, I was quoted 6 hours with a two-man crew. So I planned on 8 hours due to any unforeseen issues.
Definitely not In and Out. I had my 2 bedroom apartment packed, and like ready ready (legs off dining table, beds not attached to headboards and striped down, all electronics disconnected) and even helped with outside stuff and odds and ins and took six loads myself (small vehicle). I had to take one load of just a picture they forgot to take as it is big and barely fit in my car and couldn't sit anything on it. The place I moved to this time is across town.
Worst moving service I have ever experienced. The three young men who showed up were inexperienced and extremely slow. At $200 an hour, I finally just had to have them drop everything off their truck and into the driveway and garage after over 5 hours, for a job that was quoted to only take 3-4 hours. Further, they were extremely careless and damaged several expensive items, were seen jumping on top of my boxes, lost control of dollys that slammed into my belongings, and had no idea how to reinstall a door after…

I lived in an apartment for 13 years and acquired way too much stuff and ended up moving in with my girlfriend of 8 years, at which time I knew it was inevitable that I was going to have to get rid of a lot. Fortunately, my mother is a professional online retailer, so we rented a storage shed to store my excess belongings in, as she does not have the room for them in her townhouse that she lives and works out of.

Incredible service! Johnny, Austin, and Justin helped us move into our new house, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience.
